成人休閑教育研究

【摘要】:從1999年起,我國(guó)雙休日加上法定假日,每年共有114天節(jié)假日。也就是說(shuō)每人每年有三分之一的時(shí)間都是在閑暇中度過(guò)的。閑暇時(shí)間增多是社會(huì)進(jìn)步的標(biāo)志,但這并不是檢驗(yàn)人的生存狀況、生活質(zhì)量、精神態(tài)度的試劑,“會(huì)休閑”才是生活質(zhì)量提高的標(biāo)志?v觀我國(guó)成人教育發(fā)展歷程,一直比較重視教育對(duì)象對(duì)職業(yè)要求的適應(yīng),而忽視了教育對(duì)象對(duì)休閑生活的適應(yīng)。當(dāng)今社會(huì)成人教育以滿足職業(yè)需求為目的,很大程度上忽略了休閑對(duì)成人的作用。在科學(xué)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的成人教育中休閑教育和職業(yè)教育應(yīng)該處于同等地位的,在滿足職業(yè)的需求的同時(shí)也應(yīng)該滿足休閑的需求。本文通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)有成人休閑教育的對(duì)比分析和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)成人對(duì)休閑教育的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求,以及影響成人進(jìn)行休閑教育的因素。如何能夠幫助成人更好的進(jìn)行休閑教育,對(duì)于這個(gè)問(wèn)題的解決提出建議和策略和相應(yīng)的保障措施。本文主要分為五個(gè)部分,第一部分,研究背景,從生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展水平、教育功能的變革、休閑滯后的角度出發(fā),解釋了成人為何需要休閑教育,揭示了本文的研究目的和意義。簡(jiǎn)述現(xiàn)有國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于休閑教育和休閑教育實(shí)施的研究結(jié)果。限定了本研究的對(duì)象。分析本文的研究的創(chuàng)新之處與不足之處。第二部分,相關(guān)的理論敘述:介紹休閑、閑暇時(shí)間、休閑教育、成人休閑教育的含義,對(duì)比分析休閑與休閑教育的關(guān)系,系統(tǒng)闡述了成人學(xué)習(xí)理論為第四章的成人休閑教育模式的對(duì)比分析和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查分析提供理論支持。第三部分,闡述現(xiàn)有的成人休閑教育模式、特點(diǎn)和目標(biāo)定位。第四部分,對(duì)現(xiàn)有休閑教育的模式特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析和依據(jù)問(wèn)卷收回的數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)現(xiàn)有成人休閑教育情況分析,綜合兩種分析結(jié)果,指出我國(guó)現(xiàn)有成人休閑教育所面臨的問(wèn)題。第五部分,針對(duì)成人教育現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題,提出具體實(shí)施策略和相應(yīng)的保障措施。通過(guò)對(duì)比分析和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查得出,要解決我國(guó)成人休閑教育存在的問(wèn)題,需要注意:培養(yǎng)成人積極健康的生活方式,促進(jìn)知行統(tǒng)一,實(shí)現(xiàn)自我的全面發(fā)展;成人體閑教育的理念缺失,體閑教育滯后,社會(huì)環(huán)境等的制約是成人體閑教育發(fā)展緩慢的主要原因;樹(shù)立科學(xué)休閑觀,提升休閑素養(yǎng),發(fā)展休閑能力,清掃休閑誤區(qū),課程建設(shè),發(fā)揮社會(huì)文化的功能,創(chuàng)造休閑教育的環(huán)境方法策略探討切實(shí)有效的解決成人休閑教育中存在的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Since 1999, China's two-day weekends plus statutory holidays, a total of 114 days a year. That means that each person spends 1/3 of his or her time each year in his or her spare time. The increase of leisure time is a sign of social progress, but it is not a reagent to test people's living conditions, quality of life and spiritual attitude. "leisure" is the symbol of the improvement of quality of life. Throughout the development of adult education in China, attention has been paid to the adaptation of educational objects to vocational requirements, while the adaptation of educational objects to leisure life has been ignored. Nowadays, adult education aims at meeting the needs of occupation and neglects the role of leisure on adults to a great extent. In the adult education of scientific sustainable development, leisure education and vocational education should be in the same position, not only to meet the needs of occupation, but also to meet the needs of leisure. Through the comparative analysis and questionnaire survey of the existing adult leisure education, this paper finds out the practical demand of adults for leisure education and the factors that affect the adult leisure education. How to help adults to better carry out leisure education, to solve this problem put forward suggestions and strategies and corresponding safeguard measures. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part, the research background, explains why adults need leisure education from the point of view of the development level of productive forces, the change of educational function and the lag of leisure, and reveals the purpose and significance of this paper. The existing research results about leisure education and leisure education at home and abroad are briefly described. The object of this study is limited. This paper analyzes the innovation and shortcomings of this research. The second part, the related theoretical narration: introduces the meaning of leisure, leisure time, leisure education and adult leisure education, and compares and analyzes the relationship between leisure and leisure education. This paper systematically expounds that the adult learning theory provides theoretical support for the comparative analysis and questionnaire analysis of the adult leisure education model in the fourth chapter. The third part, elaborated the existing adult leisure education model, the characteristic and the goal localization. In the fourth part, the characteristics of the existing leisure education models are compared and analyzed according to the data collected by the questionnaire, and the problems faced by the existing adult leisure education in China are pointed out by synthesizing the results of the two kinds of analysis. The fifth part, aiming at the existing problems of adult education, puts forward the concrete implementation strategy and corresponding safeguard measures. Through comparative analysis and questionnaire survey, it is concluded that in order to solve the problems existing in adult leisure education in China, attention should be paid to: cultivating an active and healthy lifestyle of adults, promoting the unity of knowledge and practice, and realizing the all-round development of themselves; The lack of concept of adult leisure education, the lag of leisure education and the restriction of social environment are the main reasons for the slow development of adult leisure education. Establish a scientific concept of leisure, improve leisure literacy, develop leisure ability, clean up leisure misunderstandings, curriculum construction, give full play to the functions of social culture, The environmental methods and strategies of creating leisure education are discussed to solve the problems existing in adult leisure education effectively.
