高等繼續(xù)教育“三教”融合的行動(dòng)路徑

【摘要】:函授教育、業(yè)余教育和網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育"三教"融合是高等繼續(xù)教育發(fā)展的重要趨勢(shì),也是高等繼續(xù)教育供給側(cè)改革的一個(gè)基點(diǎn)。但政策滯后、高校管理體制重疊、基層實(shí)踐停頓等因素導(dǎo)致了我國(guó)高等繼續(xù)教育"三教"融合進(jìn)程緩慢。為加速"三教"融合進(jìn)程,應(yīng)完善國(guó)家政策,理順高校管理體制,創(chuàng)新基層實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:The integration of correspondence education, amateur education and network education is an important trend in the development of higher continuing education, and it is also a basic point of the supply-side reform of higher continuing education. However, the policy lag, the overlapping management system of colleges and universities, and the standstill of grass-roots practice lead to the slow integration of the "three religions" in China's higher continuing education. In order to speed up the integration process of the "three religions", we should perfect the national policy, straighten out the management system of colleges and universities, and innovate the grass-roots practice.
