我國成人學生核心素養(yǎng)與培養(yǎng)策略探究

【摘要】:我們身處知識經(jīng)濟與信息化的社會,科技的發(fā)展對我們的人才培養(yǎng)提出了挑戰(zhàn)。而隨之而來的全球一體化使我們必然需要將探討的議題放到全球發(fā)展的大環(huán)境中來看待,無論從全球公民的民主化意識提高到國際上的相關(guān)能力評估我們都可以看到對于我國成人學生核心素養(yǎng)研究和培養(yǎng)探究對于現(xiàn)行的社會、政治以及教育發(fā)展而言都是必要的。本文通過文獻分析法對核心素養(yǎng)的概念以及發(fā)展脈絡進行了解,提出核心素養(yǎng)的概念并不只是某個階段的公民所獨有的,而應該是貫穿整個人生階段使公民更好成功融入社會工作生活之中的素養(yǎng),而成人階段無疑占據(jù)了人生中相當大的一個比例,故成人學生也具備核心素養(yǎng)。并通過比較研究法對國際上提出的核心素養(yǎng)的框架與我國教育部提出的自主發(fā)展、文化修養(yǎng)、社會參與三個方向的核心素養(yǎng)進行對比分析,并結(jié)合成人學生的特點以我國教育部的核心素養(yǎng)框架為基礎(chǔ)提出并分析了我國成人學生的十項核心素養(yǎng)。分別為:自我管理、學會學習、問題解決與創(chuàng)新、語言素養(yǎng)、科學技術(shù)與信息素養(yǎng)、審美與人文素養(yǎng)、道德品質(zhì)、社會責任、國家認同以及國際理解。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文通過問卷調(diào)查對我國成人學生核心素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀進行了調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前我國高校對于成人學生核心素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)仍有問題存在,并從理念轉(zhuǎn)換、課程設(shè)計、師資建設(shè)、教學評鑒、環(huán)境構(gòu)建五個方面提出了我國成人學生核心素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)的策略。本研究在國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,對我國成人學生核心素養(yǎng)進行了進一步的研究,并探討我國高校對成人學生核心素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)策略,為我國成人教育的持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:We are in a knowledge-based economy and information society, the development of science and technology to our talent training challenges. And the ensuing global integration makes it inevitable that we need to look at the issues we are discussing in the context of global development. We can see that it is necessary to study and cultivate the core accomplishment of adult students in our country for the present social, political and educational development, no matter from the enhancement of the global citizen's democratization consciousness to the international evaluation of the relevant abilities. This article through the literature analysis to the core accomplishment concept and the development vein carries on the understanding, proposed that the core accomplishment concept is not only the citizen of a certain stage unique, But it should be through the whole life stage to make citizens better integrate into social work life literacy, and adult stage undoubtedly occupies a large proportion of life, so adult students also have the core literacy. And through the comparative research method, this paper makes a comparative analysis between the core literacy frame put forward internationally and the core literacy proposed by our Ministry of Education in three directions: independent development, cultural accomplishment, and social participation. Combined with the characteristics of adult students, this paper puts forward and analyzes ten core qualities of Chinese adult students based on the core literacy framework of the Ministry of Education of our country. They are self-management, learning to learn, problem solving and innovation, language literacy, science, technology and information literacy, aesthetic and humanistic literacy, moral quality, social responsibility, national identity and international understanding. On this basis, this paper investigates the current situation of the cultivation of adult students' core literacy through questionnaire survey, and finds that there are still some problems in the cultivation of adult students' core literacy in colleges and universities in our country, and that there are still problems in the cultivation of adult students' core literacy in colleges and universities in our country. The strategies of cultivating adult students' core literacy in China are put forward in five aspects: teacher construction, teaching evaluation and environment construction. Based on the relevant research both at home and abroad, this study makes a further study on the core literacy of adult students in China, and discusses the strategies of cultivating the core literacy of adult students in colleges and universities in China. Some suggestions are provided for the sustainable development of adult education in China.
