【摘要】：成人教育對于國家經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的健康發(fā)展,對于國家是否擁有足以應(yīng)對新世紀(jì)生產(chǎn)活動需要的合格勞動力具有不言而喻的重要性。而課程的遴選與安排、實施等則在成人教育中處于核心位置,是改革的重中之重。系統(tǒng)論視域下成人教育課程改革應(yīng)本著以成人為本、適應(yīng)社會發(fā)展和全球化三大原則,通過走成人主體性道路、從階段性到終生性、參與者合理分配相互合作、在空間上共生合作等路徑實現(xiàn)成人教育事業(yè)新突破。
[Abstract]:Adult education is of great importance to the healthy development of national economy and society and to whether the country has enough qualified labor force to meet the needs of production activities in the new century. The selection, arrangement and implementation of the curriculum are at the core of adult education and are the most important part of the reform. The adult education curriculum reform under the system theory should be based on the three principles of adult oriented, adapting to the three principles of social development and globalization, and by taking the road of adult subjectivity, from the stage to the lifetime, the participants should reasonably distribute and cooperate with each other. In space symbiotic cooperation and other paths to achieve a new breakthrough in adult education.
