【摘要】：工程職業(yè)的形成是近代以來的事情,工程職業(yè)化發(fā)展也成為工程技術創(chuàng)新重要的職業(yè)制度基礎和保障。本論文通過對我國工程師進行問卷調查等實證研究方式,指出工程師對相關工程職業(yè)制度、技術標準和倫理規(guī)范認識不清,自我認同度不高和職業(yè)歸屬感不強等問題,提出推進工程教育認證國際化,促進工程職業(yè)協(xié)會自治,加強工程倫理教育,制定并完善工程倫理規(guī)范等對策建議,以加強我國工程職業(yè)化發(fā)展,推動工程技術創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:The formation of engineering profession is a matter of modern times, and the development of engineering professionalization has also become an important professional system foundation and guarantee for engineering technology innovation. Based on the questionnaire survey of engineers in China, this paper points out that the engineers do not have a clear understanding of the relevant engineering professional system, technical standards and ethical norms, the degree of self-identity is not high and the sense of professional belonging is not strong, and so on. Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the internationalization of engineering education certification, promote the autonomy of engineering professional association, strengthen engineering ethics education, and formulate and perfect engineering ethics norms in order to strengthen the development of engineering professionalism and promote engineering technological innovation in China.
