對(duì)資賦優(yōu)異的智力障礙學(xué)生實(shí)施職業(yè)教育的探索

【摘要】:資賦優(yōu)異的智力障礙學(xué)生的潛能發(fā)展,一直是我國(guó)特殊教育的“盲點(diǎn)”,在教育不甚發(fā)達(dá)的情況下,資優(yōu)智障學(xué)生可能因?yàn)榄h(huán)境的限制而無(wú)法發(fā)揮自身的優(yōu)勢(shì);在教育發(fā)達(dá)開(kāi)放的今天,理應(yīng)得到關(guān)注,進(jìn)而成為今后特殊教育的“重點(diǎn)”。有相關(guān)研究表明,殘障者中資優(yōu)的出現(xiàn)率與非殘障者接近(即3%-5%),而資優(yōu)殘障者能有卓越成就的比率則遠(yuǎn)低于非殘障的資優(yōu)者。 本文首先通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外智障學(xué)生職業(yè)教育的相關(guān)政策進(jìn)行了回顧,進(jìn)而提出了發(fā)展資賦優(yōu)異的智障學(xué)生職業(yè)教育的新理念,資優(yōu)智障學(xué)生盡管在某一或多個(gè)方面存在一定的弱勢(shì),但是他們并非在所有的方面都存在缺憾,因此殘障學(xué)生的職業(yè)教育更需要根據(jù)他們的身心發(fā)展特點(diǎn)和個(gè)人興趣愛(ài)好、特長(zhǎng)、優(yōu)勢(shì),來(lái)開(kāi)設(shè)有特色的職業(yè)教育課程和有針對(duì)性的職業(yè)教育教學(xué)內(nèi)容安排等。其次對(duì)部分發(fā)達(dá)省市實(shí)施智障學(xué)生職業(yè)教育的經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)資優(yōu)智障學(xué)生職業(yè)教育的實(shí)踐途徑進(jìn)行了探索,最后提出了在廣西地區(qū)特殊教育學(xué)校對(duì)資優(yōu)智障學(xué)生實(shí)施職業(yè)教育的建議。
[Abstract]:The potential development of gifted students with intellectual disabilities has always been the blind spot of special education in China. Under the condition that education is not very developed, gifted students with intellectual disabilities may not be able to give play to their own advantages because of the restriction of environment. With the development and opening of education, attention should be paid to it and become the focus of special education in the future. Some related studies have shown that the occurrence rate of gifted persons among the disabled is close to that of the non-disabled (i.e. 3- 5%), while the rate of gifted and disabled persons with outstanding achievements is much lower than that of the non-disabled ones. Firstly, this paper reviews the relevant policies of vocational education for students with intellectual disabilities at home and abroad, and then puts forward a new concept of developing vocational education for students with intellectual disabilities. Although gifted students with intellectual disabilities have a certain weakness in one or more aspects, they do not have any shortcomings in all aspects. Therefore, the vocational education of disabled students needs to be based on their characteristics of physical and mental development and their personal interests. Specialty, advantage, to set up the characteristic vocational education curriculum and the targeted vocational education teaching content arrangement and so on. Secondly, it summarizes the experience of implementing vocational education for students with intellectual disabilities in some developed provinces and cities, and explores the practical ways of vocational education for gifted students with intellectual disabilities. Finally, the author puts forward the suggestion of implementing vocational education for gifted students with intellectual disabilities in special education schools in Guangxi.
