【摘要】：《上海終身教育促進(jìn)條例》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《條例》)頒布施行已6年多時(shí)間,《條例》對(duì)促進(jìn)和健全上海終身教育的發(fā)展發(fā)揮了重要作用,在它的推進(jìn)下,上海終身教育事業(yè)取得了巨大成效,但是隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的迅速發(fā)展變化,終身教育事業(yè)不斷擴(kuò)大、深化,很多新問題、新情況不斷涌現(xiàn),而《條例》對(duì)新出現(xiàn)的問題不能有效的予以規(guī)制,因此迫切需要進(jìn)一步修訂。
[Abstract]:It has been more than six years since the promulgation and implementation of the Shanghai regulations on the Promotion of lifelong Education (hereinafter referred to as "the regulations"). The regulations have played an important role in promoting and improving the development of lifelong education in Shanghai. The cause of lifelong education in Shanghai has made great achievements. However, with the rapid development and changes of the economy and society, the cause of lifelong education is constantly expanding and deepening, and many new problems and new situations are constantly emerging. However, the regulations can not effectively regulate the emerging problems, so it is urgent to amend them further.
