新城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中社區(qū)教育發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:本論文的研究是在我國(guó)全面實(shí)施新城鎮(zhèn)化戰(zhàn)略的背景下,以我國(guó)社區(qū)教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為邏輯起點(diǎn),依據(jù)黨的十八大提出的全面深化改革決定為指導(dǎo)思想,以國(guó)家政策綱領(lǐng)為指導(dǎo)原則,以現(xiàn)代教育理論和學(xué)習(xí)理論為認(rèn)知基礎(chǔ),從影響新城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的諸多決定性因素中,選取了最具有本質(zhì)意義和源動(dòng)力基礎(chǔ)的社區(qū)教育發(fā)展作為研究的主體對(duì)象,在解讀國(guó)家政策性綱領(lǐng)、規(guī)定的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)新城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中社區(qū)教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行充分調(diào)研、分析與總結(jié),著力探索在新城鎮(zhèn)化背景下社區(qū)教育發(fā)展所面臨的新挑戰(zhàn)與新機(jī)遇,并以此為基點(diǎn),向社區(qū)教育相關(guān)領(lǐng)域拓展與延伸,力圖為我國(guó)社區(qū)教育尋求一條綠色、健康、可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路,為從根本上解決社區(qū)教育發(fā)展問(wèn)題提供理論支撐和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。本論文圍繞“新城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中社區(qū)教育發(fā)展”這一主題,分六章展開(kāi)研究。第一章是緒論,從總體上闡述了選題的緣起與意義,對(duì)新城鎮(zhèn)化、社區(qū)教育以及新城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中社區(qū)教育的發(fā)展歷程與現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行整體性把握;并詳細(xì)介紹了本論文研究的基本思路、主要方法、主要內(nèi)容與創(chuàng)新之處;同時(shí)對(duì)新城鎮(zhèn)化、社區(qū)教育、新城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中社區(qū)教育發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行釋義與界定,為本論文后續(xù)研究提供了必要基礎(chǔ)和前期鋪墊。第二章詳細(xì)詮釋了新城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中社區(qū)教育發(fā)展的新職能和新責(zé)任。從“人的資源開(kāi)發(fā)、教的全面創(chuàng)新和能的現(xiàn)代表達(dá)”三方面對(duì)社區(qū)教育的職能履新進(jìn)行探究。通過(guò)聚焦天津、廣州、成都三種新城鎮(zhèn)化模式下的社區(qū)教育,明晰新城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)中新工人、新農(nóng)民和新市民群體教育的新責(zé)任。并對(duì)社區(qū)教育職能的目標(biāo)、內(nèi)涵和方式等三大核心要素進(jìn)行了理性探索。在此基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)論述了社區(qū)教育“權(quán)威性、開(kāi)放性、規(guī)范性”三大職能取向,廓清社區(qū)教育的職能方向、職能范疇與職能邊界。第三章闡述新城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中社區(qū)教育發(fā)展的新機(jī)遇與新挑戰(zhàn)。深入探究了“和諧、學(xué)習(xí)、智能、生態(tài)、人文”五種類型新城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè),為社區(qū)教育發(fā)展所帶來(lái)的“開(kāi)放化、系統(tǒng)化、信息化、生態(tài)化與內(nèi)涵式”五種機(jī)遇。并詳細(xì)分析了新城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)中“社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、生活、人文、職業(yè)”環(huán)境的變遷,使社區(qū)教育發(fā)展將迎接“地位、需求、方式、方向和行為”的挑戰(zhàn)。同時(shí)對(duì)新城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)中社區(qū)教育發(fā)展在迎接機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)時(shí),要把握的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了深入探析。第四章以問(wèn)卷調(diào)查與訪談形式對(duì)新城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中社區(qū)教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了實(shí)證調(diào)研,通過(guò)對(duì)調(diào)查項(xiàng)目信息和數(shù)據(jù)的分析,凝練出影響新城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中社區(qū)教育發(fā)展的現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題,并從新城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)中存在的行政性、失衡性、單一性、多極性、復(fù)雜性等關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題對(duì)社區(qū)教育發(fā)展取向、行為方式、資源聚合、社會(huì)需求、改革內(nèi)力產(chǎn)生的影響,進(jìn)行深入分析和歸納總結(jié),為本論文研究的進(jìn)一步展開(kāi)提供了現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。第五章闡述了新城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中社區(qū)教育發(fā)展的策略與路徑。從發(fā)展理念、發(fā)展基點(diǎn)與基本原則三方面,明確了新城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)中社區(qū)教育發(fā)展的新思路。描繪了社區(qū)教育發(fā)展應(yīng)當(dāng)從知識(shí)傳授向?qū)嵺`學(xué)習(xí)、從被動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)向主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)、從需求學(xué)習(xí)向素質(zhì)學(xué)習(xí)變遷的新策略。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)社區(qū)教育發(fā)展路徑進(jìn)行了“三全教育、三大聯(lián)盟、四大體系、三資互通、三個(gè)教育”五個(gè)方面科學(xué)理性地設(shè)計(jì),從而為本論文研究從理論走向?qū)嵺`提供了可行性路徑。最后結(jié)語(yǔ)部分對(duì)本研究進(jìn)行了深刻反思與后續(xù)性研究期望。就本論文中存在的某些數(shù)據(jù)與信息、評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)、實(shí)際操作等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,并希冀就這些問(wèn)題,從研究思路、方法、目標(biāo)等方面進(jìn)行后續(xù)性研究。
[Abstract]:Under the background of implementing the new urbanization strategy in China in an all-round way, this paper takes the development status of community education in China as the logical starting point, takes the decision of deepening the reform as the guiding ideology, takes the national policy program as the guiding principle, takes the modern educational theory and learning theory as the cognitive basis, and influences the new towns from the perspective of the development of community education in China. Among the decisive factors in the process of urbanization, the development of community education which has the most essential significance and the source power foundation is selected as the main object of study. On the basis of interpreting the national policy program and regulations, the development status of community education in the process of new urbanization is fully investigated, analyzed and summarized, and the back of new urbanization is explored. On the basis of the new challenges and opportunities faced by the development of community education, this paper tries to explore a green, healthy and sustainable development path for community education in China, and provides theoretical support and practical guidance for solving the problems of community education development fundamentally. The first chapter is the introduction, explaining the origin and significance of the topic, grasping the development process and status quo of community education in the process of new urbanization, community education and new urbanization as a whole, and introducing the basic ideas of this paper in detail. At the same time, it explains and defines the connotation of the development of community education in the process of new urbanization, community education and new urbanization, which provides the necessary foundation and foreground for the follow-up study of this paper. This paper probes into the function of community education from the three aspects of "human resources development, comprehensive innovation of education and modern representation of energy". By focusing on the community education under the three new urbanization modes of Tianjin, Guangzhou and Chengdu, it clarifies the new responsibilities of new workers, new peasants and new citizens in the new urbanization construction. On the basis of rational exploration of the three core elements such as the goal, connotation and mode of ability, this paper expounds in detail the three functional orientations of "authority, openness and standardization" of community education, clarifies the functional orientation, functional categories and functional boundaries of community education. New challenges. This paper probes into five types of new town construction, namely, harmony, learning, intelligence, ecology and humanities, and five opportunities of "opening, systematization, informatization, ecology and connotation" brought about by the development of community education. The development of district education will meet the challenge of "status, demand, mode, direction and behavior". At the same time, the relationship between the development of community education in the process of new urbanization and the opportunities and challenges is discussed in depth. Chapter 4 makes an empirical survey on the development of community education in the process of new urbanization by means of questionnaire and interview. Through the analysis of the information and data of the investigation projects, the existing problems affecting the development of community education in the process of new urbanization are condensed. The key problems in the construction of new urbanization, such as administration, unbalance, singleness, multipolarity and complexity, are discussed in this paper, which affect the orientation of community education development, behavior patterns, resource aggregation, social needs and internal forces of reform. The fifth chapter elaborates the strategies and paths of the development of community education in the process of new urbanization, and clarifies the new ideas of the development of community education in the process of new urbanization from three aspects: development concept, development basis and basic principles. This paper describes a new strategy that the development of community education should change from knowledge imparting to practical learning, from passive learning to active learning, and from demand learning to quality learning.On this basis, the paper makes a scientific and rational design of the development path of community education in five aspects: the "Three Perfect Education, Three Alliances, Four Systems, Three Capital Exchanges, Three Education". Finally, the concluding remark makes a deep reflection on the research and the expectation of the follow-up study. It analyzes some data and information, evaluation index, practical operation and so on in this paper, and hopes to solve these problems from the research ideas, methods and objectives. Follow up studies are carried out.
