山丹培黎學(xué)校研究

【摘要】:山丹培黎學(xué)校,全名為“中國工業(yè)合作協(xié)會山丹培黎工藝學(xué)校”。其發(fā)展歷史最早可以追溯到1940年。1940年陜西鳳縣雙石鋪培黎學(xué)校建立,因戰(zhàn)火影響,1944年底搬遷到甘肅山丹。在炮火連天、物價飛漲、物資極其緊張的條件下,培黎學(xué)校在夾縫中求得生存,一直堅持到了1953年。 在山丹培黎學(xué)校的辦學(xué)過程中,其在教學(xué)形式、招生制度、管理模式上均有獨特之處,也為學(xué)校所在地在經(jīng)濟(jì)上、教育上作出了較大的貢獻(xiàn)。但不可否認(rèn)的是,山丹培黎學(xué)校及其附屬產(chǎn)業(yè),在開辦過程中也存在著種種的不足,如學(xué)校、企業(yè)沒有明確的界限,沒有建立現(xiàn)代的企業(yè)制度;沒有嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行規(guī)定中的學(xué)制,對學(xué)生的出路沒有保證等等。當(dāng)然在戰(zhàn)火紛飛的時代,加上偏僻的西北小縣城——山丹,其物質(zhì)貧乏程度和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的奇缺性是不可估量的,我們不能委曲求全。創(chuàng)辦者路易·艾黎以著“手腦并用,創(chuàng)造分析”,以探索新的農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育為目的的培黎學(xué)校,除了對當(dāng)時的山丹的政界還有經(jīng)濟(jì)有影響外,培黎學(xué)校理論與實踐并重的教學(xué)理念,只招收農(nóng)村子弟,發(fā)展農(nóng)村小工業(yè)等特點,開辟了就地解決農(nóng)民教育和農(nóng)民就業(yè)問題的新模式。
[Abstract]:Shandan Peili School, full name of China Association for Industrial Cooperation Shandan Peili Technology School. The history of its development can be traced back to 1940. In 1940, Shuangshipu Peili School was established in Fengxian County, Shaanxi Province, and moved to Shandan, Gansu Province at the end of 1944 due to the influence of the war. Under the condition of gunfire, soaring prices and extremely tight supplies, Peili school survived in the gap until 1953. In the course of running a school, Shandan Peili School has its unique features in teaching form, enrollment system and management mode, and has also made great contributions to the economy and education of the school's location. However, it is undeniable that the Shandan Peili School and its affiliated industries also have various shortcomings in the course of their opening. For example, schools, enterprises do not have clear boundaries, they do not establish a modern enterprise system, and they do not strictly enforce the prescribed school system. There is no guarantee of a student's way out, etc. Of course, in the era of war, coupled with the remote northwest small county-Shandan, its material poverty and infrastructure is immeasurable, we can not compromise. The Peili School, which was founded by Louis Alley, whose purpose was to explore the new vocational education of farmers, was to "use his hands and brains, create analysis," in addition to having an impact on the politics and the economy of Shandan at that time. The teaching theory and practice of Peili school, which only enroll children in rural areas and develop small industries in rural areas, have opened up a new mode to solve the problems of farmers' education and employment on the spot.
