自閉癥兒童與共同胞兄弟姐妹互動關(guān)系的研究

【摘要】:綜觀自閉癥兒童的相關(guān)研究,大多的研究集中在障礙者本身及其主要照顧者的身上,使得自閉癥兒童的一般兄弟姐妹這一群體相對被忽略。為深入了解自閉癥兒童與其一般兄弟姐妹的互動關(guān)系,本研究以質(zhì)性研究的方式,選取6位處于青少年階段的同胞兄弟姐妹,運用訪談與觀察相結(jié)合的方法,探討自閉癥兒童與其青少年階段兄弟姐妹的互動特點、相互影響等,并了解青少年階段的同胞兄弟姐妹對自閉癥兒童未來的看法。本研究的結(jié)論如下:1.自閉癥兒童與其同胞兄弟姐妹的互動錯綜復(fù)雜:正向與負(fù)向情感體驗并存;照顧、教導(dǎo)為主的補充性互動;少許回應(yīng)下的單向式互動;互動頻率及質(zhì)量較低。2.自閉癥兒童與其同胞兄弟姐妹間彼此影響:一是對自閉癥兒童:可以獲得陪伴與情感支持,但也有可能引發(fā)負(fù)向情緒。二是對同胞兄弟姐妹:較他人有更多的同理心;可能承擔(dān)較多的照顧責(zé)任;多重壓力并存;及父母關(guān)注相對較少。3.青少年階段的同胞兄弟姐妹對自閉癥兒童未來的看法:將承擔(dān)未來照顧的責(zé)任、生涯規(guī)劃受到限制。研究的最后,研究者試著從一般兄弟姐妹、家長、政府以及未來研究角度提出相關(guān)建議,希望可以讓更多人了解自閉癥兒童與其兄弟姐妹的互動,從而為未來建構(gòu)良好的自閉癥兒童服務(wù)體系提供一定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Looking at the related studies of autistic children, most of the studies focus on the disabled themselves and their primary caregivers, which makes the general siblings of autistic children relatively neglected. In order to understand the interaction between autistic children and their brothers and sisters, this study selected 6 siblings who were in the adolescent stage, and used the method of interview and observation. To explore the characteristics of interaction and interaction between autistic children and their siblings in adolescence, and to understand the views of their siblings on the future of autistic children. The conclusion of this study is as follows: 1: 1. The interactions between autistic children and their siblings are intricate: positive and negative emotional experiences; complementary interactions of care and instruction; unidirectional interaction with a few responses; low frequency and quality of interaction. 2. Autistic children influence each other with their siblings: one is autistic children: they can get companionship and emotional support, but they can also cause negative emotions. Second, siblings: have more empathy than others; may take on more care responsibilities; more stress co-exist; and parents pay relatively little attention. 3. Siblings in adolescence view the future of autistic children: they will take responsibility for future care, and career planning will be limited. At the end of the study, the researchers tried to make recommendations from the perspective of siblings, parents, governments and future research in the hope that more people would learn about the interactions of autistic children with their siblings. So as to build a good service system for autistic children in the future.
