【摘要】：成人教育自建國(guó)以來(lái)一直是我國(guó)普通教育系列的有力補(bǔ)充，為我國(guó)各行業(yè)專業(yè)人才所需的培養(yǎng)和整體國(guó)民素質(zhì)的提高做出了顯著貢獻(xiàn)。改革開放以來(lái)，我國(guó)成人教育取得了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展，培養(yǎng)了一大批應(yīng)用性人才，促進(jìn)了國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。然而，隨著我國(guó)普通高等教育的普及化，普通高校入學(xué)率不斷提高到前所未有的水平。另一方面，成人學(xué)歷教育所處的戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境已經(jīng)發(fā)生了深刻變化，戰(zhàn)略及戰(zhàn)略管理問(wèn)題已經(jīng)非常突出，目前成人學(xué)歷教育的的需求正逐漸下滑，而與此同時(shí)非學(xué)歷教育空前活躍，社區(qū)教育蓬勃發(fā)展。如火如荼的市民教育活動(dòng)，形式多樣的社區(qū)文化講堂，豐富著學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)的內(nèi)涵，教育的十年發(fā)展規(guī)劃明確了終身學(xué)習(xí)的指導(dǎo)方針。 東城職大作為建國(guó)初期成立的一所成人高等院校，在為我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)建設(shè)培養(yǎng)了大批管理與技術(shù)人才，然而在普通高等教育普及化發(fā)展的大環(huán)境下，成人教育需求日益呈現(xiàn)出萎縮趨勢(shì)，這不得不使得學(xué)校的管理者從戰(zhàn)略決策的高度，分析外部環(huán)境，結(jié)合自身?xiàng)l件，重新審視其教育事業(yè)發(fā)展方向。 本文借鑒企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的理論和實(shí)踐，以東城職大為研究對(duì)象，在對(duì)其目標(biāo)服務(wù)群體、現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)環(huán)境、內(nèi)部教育資源展開分析研究的基礎(chǔ)上，確定其存在的問(wèn)題及成因；運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理的理論，擬從東城職大的發(fā)展角度,力圖尋求一條適合類似東城職大的獨(dú)立設(shè)置成人教育學(xué)院的發(fā)展之路。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, adult education has been a powerful supplement to the series of general education in China, which has made remarkable contributions to the training of professionals in various professions and the improvement of the overall national quality. Since the reform and opening up, adult education in China has made great progress, trained a large number of applied talents, and promoted the development of national economy. However, with the popularization of general higher education in China, the enrollment rate of colleges and universities has been increasing to an unprecedented level. On the other hand, the strategic environment of adult academic education has undergone profound changes, and the problems of strategy and strategic management have become very prominent. At present, the demand for adult academic education is gradually declining, while the non-academic education is at the same time unprecedented active. Community education is booming. The civic education activities in full swing and the various community cultural lecture halls enrich the connotation of the learning society. The 10-year development plan of education has defined the guiding principles of lifelong learning. Dongcheng Vocational University, as an adult college established in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, has trained a large number of management and technical talents for the economic and social construction of our country. However, under the general environment of the popularization and development of ordinary higher education, The demand for adult education is showing a shrinking trend day by day, which has to make the school managers analyze the external environment from the height of strategic decision, combine with their own conditions, and re-examine the development direction of their educational undertakings. This paper draws lessons from the theory and practice of enterprise strategic management, taking Dongcheng Vocational University as the research object, on the basis of analyzing and studying its target service group, realistic social environment and internal educational resources, determines its existing problems and causes. Based on the theory of strategic management, this paper tries to find a way to set up an independent college of adult education suitable for Dongcheng Vocational University from the angle of development of Dongcheng Vocational University.
