【摘要】：尊重和踐行兒童權(quán)利是現(xiàn)代社會(huì)文明的標(biāo)志、也是現(xiàn)代家庭教育所倡導(dǎo)的重要內(nèi)容。通過調(diào)查五個(gè)城市6-12歲小學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)的兒童權(quán)利保護(hù)狀況,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):家長(zhǎng)最關(guān)注兒童的生存權(quán),對(duì)參與權(quán)的保護(hù)有所提升;在兒童發(fā)展權(quán)的保護(hù)上,最關(guān)注的仍然是受教育權(quán),休閑娛樂權(quán)居于末位;家長(zhǎng)對(duì)兒童權(quán)利的保護(hù)主要受家長(zhǎng)自身因素的影響,如家長(zhǎng)的角色(父親、母親,祖父母/外祖父母)、家長(zhǎng)的文化程度以及家庭年收入水平,與兒童自身因素(如兒童性別、年齡等)關(guān)系不大。
[Abstract]:Respecting and practicing children's rights is not only the symbol of modern civilization, but also the important content of modern family education. Through a survey of the protection of children's rights among parents of primary school children aged 6-12 in five cities, it is found that parents are most concerned about the right of children to survival and the protection of their right to participation, and that in the protection of children's right to development, the most important concern remains the right to education. The right to leisure and entertainment is at the bottom; the protection of children's rights by parents is mainly influenced by their own factors, such as the role of the parent (father, mother, grandparents / grandparents), the educational level of the parent and the level of the family's annual income, It has little to do with the child's own factors (such as the child's sex, age, etc.).
