網(wǎng)絡(luò)情境下成人問題解決能力的培養(yǎng)

【摘要】:信息社會(huì)呼喚著具有高級(jí)思維和問題解決能力的創(chuàng)新型人才。時(shí)代在進(jìn)步,科技在發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)情境下培養(yǎng)成人學(xué)習(xí)者的問題解決能力是時(shí)代的要求,也是成人學(xué)習(xí)者內(nèi)心的渴求。目前,國內(nèi)外學(xué)者并未關(guān)注網(wǎng)絡(luò)情境與成人問題解決能力在內(nèi)涵上的深層次關(guān)聯(lián),且在實(shí)踐上對(duì)于非良構(gòu)性問題的實(shí)踐上并未做出過多解釋。通過調(diào)查問卷和教師訪談發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)前成人網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)者問題解決能力的培養(yǎng)中還面臨成人網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)者缺乏學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)等困境。本文旨在探索出成人問題解決能力的構(gòu)成要素,并進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析得到數(shù)據(jù),總結(jié)成人網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)者問題解決能力培養(yǎng)的問題產(chǎn)生的原因及解決策略。研究基于成人學(xué)習(xí)者和網(wǎng)絡(luò)情境的特質(zhì),借鑒建構(gòu)主義學(xué)習(xí)、問題教學(xué)以及符碼等理論基礎(chǔ),試圖構(gòu)建有效培養(yǎng)成人網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)者問題解決能力策略。全文包括以下部分:本研究首先論述了選題的背景和意義及目的,總結(jié)分析了國內(nèi)外有關(guān)網(wǎng)絡(luò)情境下成人問題解決能力的研究狀況;對(duì)問題解決、問題解決學(xué)習(xí)、成人問題解決能力的概念進(jìn)行了比對(duì)和界定;分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)情境下成人問題解決能力的表現(xiàn)特征以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)情境下成人問題解決能力結(jié)構(gòu)及其影響因素;從成人學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀著手,分析了成人在網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)過程中不利于問題解決能力發(fā)展的原因以及成人網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)者問題解決能力培養(yǎng)的困境。面臨當(dāng)前成人教學(xué)過程對(duì)問題解決能力培養(yǎng)的疏忽,成人教育應(yīng)該改革,培養(yǎng)成人問題解決能力勢(shì)在必行。因此,論文最后一部分提出了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)情境培養(yǎng)成人問題解決能力的策略。
[Abstract]:The information society calls for innovative talents with advanced thinking and problem-solving ability. The development of the times, the development of science and technology, and the cultivation of adult learners' problem-solving ability in the network context are the requirements of the times as well as the inner desires of adult learners. At present, scholars at home and abroad have not paid attention to the deep relationship between network situation and adult problem-solving ability in connotation, and have not made too much explanation to the practice of non-well-structured problem in practice. Through questionnaires and teacher interviews, it is found that adult online learners still face difficulties in developing their problem-solving ability, such as lack of learning motivation and so on. The purpose of this paper is to explore the constituent elements of adult problem-solving ability, to investigate and analyze the data, and to summarize the causes and strategies of adult online learners' problem-solving ability training. Based on the characteristics of adult learners and network situations, this paper attempts to construct effective strategies for cultivating adult online learners' problem-solving ability based on the theoretical basis of constructivism learning, problem teaching and coding. The full text includes the following parts: firstly, this study discusses the background, significance and purpose of the topic, summarizes and analyzes the research status of adult problem-solving ability in the network context, studies on problem-solving and problem-solving, and analyzes the research situation of adult problem-solving ability at home and abroad. The concept of adult problem-solving ability is compared and defined, the performance characteristics of adult problem-solving ability under the network situation and the structure of adult problem-solving ability and its influencing factors are analyzed. This paper analyzes the reasons why adults are not conducive to the development of problem-solving ability in the process of online learning and the dilemma of cultivating adult online learners' problem-solving ability. Faced with the neglect of the cultivation of problem-solving ability in the current adult teaching process, adult education should be reformed, and it is imperative to cultivate adult problem-solving ability. Therefore, in the last part of the paper, the strategy of cultivating adult problem-solving ability based on network situation is put forward.
