江西省特殊教育教師職業(yè)發(fā)展主觀滿意度研究

【摘要】:特殊教育最大的"瓶頸"是師資,特殊教育教師的職業(yè)發(fā)展直接關(guān)乎《第二期特殊教育提升計(jì)劃》(2017-2020年)能否順利推進(jìn)乃至我國特教事業(yè)發(fā)展。采用"LIKERT SCALE"測量方法,對江西省特教教師工資待遇、福利水平、個(gè)人發(fā)展、社會(huì)實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行主觀滿意度分析,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)特殊教育教師職業(yè)發(fā)展主觀滿意度總體較低,四個(gè)維度的滿意度依次增強(qiáng),工資待遇與職業(yè)付出匹配性差,確保特教教師同工同酬,同城同比,同期同基;加強(qiáng)心理疏導(dǎo)、住房福利、社會(huì)保障;職稱評定科學(xué)化,職業(yè)培訓(xùn)實(shí)用化等是特教教師亟需解決的問題。
[Abstract]:The biggest bottleneck of special education is teachers. The professional development of special education teachers is directly related to whether the second Special Education Promotion Plan (2017-2020) can be carried out smoothly and even the development of special education in China. This paper analyzes the subjective satisfaction of special education teachers' salary, welfare level, personal development and social realization in Jiangxi Province by using "LIKERT SCALE" measurement method, and finds that the subjective satisfaction degree of special education teachers' professional development is generally low. The satisfaction degree of the four dimensions is enhanced in turn, the matching between salary and professional pay is poor, to ensure that special education teachers receive equal pay for equal work, the same city is the same as the same period, the psychological guidance, housing welfare, social security, scientific evaluation of professional title, The practical application of vocational training is an urgent problem for special education teachers.
