美國少數(shù)民族社團(tuán)對少數(shù)民族教育平等權(quán)利的影響研究

【摘要】:美國作為一個(gè)多民族、多種族的國家,其少數(shù)民族教育經(jīng)歷了不同的發(fā)展階段,隨著多元文化理念的滲透發(fā)展,越來越多的人開始重視少數(shù)民族的受教育狀況,從“隔離而平等”到逐步的改善少數(shù)民族教育狀況,再到補(bǔ)償性的教育優(yōu)惠政策,這期間離不開美國少數(shù)民族社團(tuán)的不懈努力。尤其是在入學(xué)政策、雙語教學(xué)、多元文化課程等方面,美國少數(shù)民族社團(tuán)為少數(shù)民族的教育做出了很多貢獻(xiàn)。中國的少數(shù)民族教育與美國少數(shù)民族教育存在很多不同,但也有一定共同的特點(diǎn)。美國少數(shù)民族社團(tuán)對美國少數(shù)民族教育平等權(quán)利所發(fā)揮的影響,為我國少數(shù)民族教育平等權(quán)利的保障提供了成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和啟示。本文主要包括五部分內(nèi)容。第一部分緒論針對本文的選題緣由、研究的理論意義及現(xiàn)實(shí)意義做出闡述,同時(shí)對國內(nèi)外在相關(guān)方面的研究做出總結(jié)。第二部分美國少數(shù)民族社團(tuán)概述,主要介紹了非洲裔社團(tuán)、拉丁裔社團(tuán)、華裔社團(tuán)的基本概況,并以全國有色人種協(xié)進(jìn)會(huì)(NAACP)、拉丁語系民族美國公民聯(lián)盟(LULAC)、墨裔美國人法律保護(hù)和教育基金會(huì)(MALDEF)、亞裔美國人法律辯護(hù)與教育基金會(huì)(AALDEF)等少數(shù)民族社團(tuán)組織為例,對各個(gè)少數(shù)民族社團(tuán)的產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展、目標(biāo)以及主要職能做了介紹。第三部分美國少數(shù)民族社團(tuán)影響少數(shù)民族教育平等權(quán)利的主要途徑,從爭取民主立法、司法援助、資金資助、設(shè)立項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)、示威游行、組織間合作六個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了論述。第四部分美國少數(shù)民族社團(tuán)影響少數(shù)民族教育平等權(quán)利的成效和問題,通過分析具體案例,論述了美國少數(shù)民族社團(tuán)在少數(shù)民族教育平等中發(fā)揮的作用以及存在的不足之處。第五部分美國少數(shù)民族社團(tuán)影響少數(shù)民族教育平等權(quán)利的原因、經(jīng)驗(yàn)及啟示,分析了美國少數(shù)民族社團(tuán)影響美國少數(shù)民族教育平等的原因,希望通過對美國少數(shù)民族社團(tuán)影響美國少數(shù)民族教育的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn),對我國少數(shù)民族教育平等權(quán)利的保障提出幾點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:As a multi-ethnic and multi-ethnic country, the education of minority nationalities in the United States has gone through different stages of development. With the infiltration and development of multi-cultural ideas, more and more people begin to attach importance to the education of minority nationalities, from "isolation and equality" to gradually improve the education of minority nationalities, and then to compensatory preferential education. Policy is inseparable from the unremitting efforts of American minority communities during this period. Especially in the aspects of admission policy, bilingual education and multicultural curriculum, American minority communities have made a lot of contributions to minority education. The influence of American minority communities on the equal rights of education of American minorities has provided successful experience and Enlightenment for the guarantee of equal rights of education of Chinese minorities.This paper mainly includes five parts.The first part is the introduction, which expounds the theoretical significance and practical significance of the study. The second part is an overview of American minority societies. It mainly introduces the basic profiles of African-American societies, Latino societies and Chinese-American societies. It includes the National Association of Colored Persons (NAACP), the Latin-American Citizens Union (LULAC), and the legal protection and education base for Mexican-Americans. Taking ethnic minority associations such as MALDEF, AALDEF and so on as examples, this paper introduces the emergence and development, objectives and main functions of ethnic minority associations. The fourth part discusses the effects and problems of American minority communities on the equal rights of minority education. Through the analysis of specific cases, the paper discusses the role played by American minority communities in the equality of minority education. The fifth part is about the reasons, experiences and Enlightenment of the American minority groups'influence on the equal rights of minority education. It analyzes the reasons why the American minority groups' influence on the equality of minority education in the United States. It is hoped that through the basic experience of the American minority groups'influence on the education of minority in the United States, the American minority groups' influence on the minority education in China will be Several suggestions are put forward to guarantee the equal rights of ethnic education.
