【摘要】：新修訂的《殘疾人教育條例》對我國殘疾人教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展具有重要影響。本文結(jié)合全程參與《殘疾人教育條例》修訂的經(jīng)歷和體會,對其修訂的背景與推動因素、重要的理念變化、制度創(chuàng)新進行了全面論述,并就推動該條例的貫徹與落實提出了建議。
[Abstract]:The newly revised regulations on Education for the disabled have an important impact on the development of education for the disabled in China. Based on the experience and experience of participating in the revision of the regulations on Education for Persons with Disabilities, this paper discusses the background and driving factors of the revision, the changes of important ideas, and the innovation of the system. Suggestions are put forward to promote the implementation and implementation of the regulations.
