基于校企合作模式的農(nóng)村青年技能培養(yǎng)問題研究
[Abstract]:At the same time in China's rapid economic development, the social structure of our country has also undergone tremendous changes. The most obvious is that there are fewer young people in the rural areas, the college students will return to the countryside after graduation, the rural children go to universities, and the cultural concepts, moral concepts, and values of the rural and urban people are more similar. These changes reflect the influence of the change of social structure on the rural social structure. The changes in the rural social structure have led to the structural change of the rural labor force, a large number of rural labor force transferred to the city, and the rural labor force is mostly engaged in the third industry in the city, and the aging and the low age of the rural surplus population are prominent. Dumbbell style rural population structure has led to the large number of rural land no one planted, affecting agricultural production.
This article reviews the cooperation mode of school enterprise cooperation, the meaning of cooperation, the meaning and content of the training of rural youth skills, the analysis of the characteristics of the cooperation between school and enterprise, the investigation of the needs of the school enterprise cooperation mode of the rural youth on the basis of factor analysis, and the analysis of the case of the A school in Shenyang on the basis of the effect investigation. Problems in skills training were analyzed, and research conclusions and policy recommendations were put forward.
Through the investigation of the willingness of the school enterprise to cooperate with the rural youth to cultivate the skills of the young people, the paper summarizes some notices of the current rural youth skills training, including the clear thinking, the training of the entrepreneurial farmers, the strengthening of the training of professional planning, the enhancement of the special color of the local agricultural industry, the increase of the type of entrepreneurial skills, and the opening of Shenyang as a unit.
