基于校企合作模式的農(nóng)村青年技能培養(yǎng)問題研究

【摘要】:在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的同時(shí),我國社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)也在潛移默化中發(fā)生了巨大變化,最明顯的就是現(xiàn)在農(nóng)村種地的年輕人少了,大學(xué)生畢業(yè)后回農(nóng)村的多了,農(nóng)村孩子上大學(xué)的多了,農(nóng)村與城市人群的文化觀念、道德觀念、價(jià)值觀念更加相近了,這些變化集中體現(xiàn)了我國社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化對(duì)農(nóng)村社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。農(nóng)村社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,導(dǎo)致了農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力的結(jié)構(gòu)變化,農(nóng)村適齡勞動(dòng)力大量轉(zhuǎn)移到城市,并且農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力在城市大多從事第三產(chǎn)業(yè),農(nóng)村剩余人口中老齡化和低齡化突出,啞鈴式的農(nóng)村人口結(jié)構(gòu)導(dǎo)致了大量農(nóng)村土地沒人種植,影響了農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)。 文章在綜述校企合作的合作模式、合作意義、農(nóng)村青年技能培養(yǎng)的含義與內(nèi)容、校企合作的特征分析、因素分析的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)農(nóng)村青年對(duì)校企合作模式的需求調(diào)查,效果調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)沈陽A學(xué)校案例進(jìn)行了分析最后對(duì)校企合作的農(nóng)村青年技能培養(yǎng)中的問題進(jìn)行了分析,并提出了研究結(jié)論與政策建議。 文章通過對(duì)校企合作農(nóng)村青年參與技能培養(yǎng)的意愿調(diào)查、效果調(diào)查,總結(jié)了當(dāng)前農(nóng)村青年技能培養(yǎng)的一些注意事項(xiàng),包括明確思路,培訓(xùn)創(chuàng)業(yè)型農(nóng)民,加強(qiáng)培養(yǎng)的專業(yè)規(guī)劃,增強(qiáng)地方農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)特色,增加創(chuàng)業(yè)型技能種類;以沈陽為單位開展創(chuàng)業(yè)型農(nóng)民培訓(xùn),加大技能培養(yǎng)宣傳力度,統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,完善農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)扶持政策。最后得到農(nóng)村青年校企合作技能培養(yǎng)研究結(jié)論與政策分析如下:政府規(guī)劃引導(dǎo)、運(yùn)用先進(jìn)技術(shù)、拓寬籌資渠道、整合教育資源、兼顧不同層次、完善設(shè)施設(shè)備。
[Abstract]:At the same time in China's rapid economic development, the social structure of our country has also undergone tremendous changes. The most obvious is that there are fewer young people in the rural areas, the college students will return to the countryside after graduation, the rural children go to universities, and the cultural concepts, moral concepts, and values of the rural and urban people are more similar. These changes reflect the influence of the change of social structure on the rural social structure. The changes in the rural social structure have led to the structural change of the rural labor force, a large number of rural labor force transferred to the city, and the rural labor force is mostly engaged in the third industry in the city, and the aging and the low age of the rural surplus population are prominent. Dumbbell style rural population structure has led to the large number of rural land no one planted, affecting agricultural production.
This article reviews the cooperation mode of school enterprise cooperation, the meaning of cooperation, the meaning and content of the training of rural youth skills, the analysis of the characteristics of the cooperation between school and enterprise, the investigation of the needs of the school enterprise cooperation mode of the rural youth on the basis of factor analysis, and the analysis of the case of the A school in Shenyang on the basis of the effect investigation. Problems in skills training were analyzed, and research conclusions and policy recommendations were put forward.
Through the investigation of the willingness of the school enterprise to cooperate with the rural youth to cultivate the skills of the young people, the paper summarizes some notices of the current rural youth skills training, including the clear thinking, the training of the entrepreneurial farmers, the strengthening of the training of professional planning, the enhancement of the special color of the local agricultural industry, the increase of the type of entrepreneurial skills, and the opening of Shenyang as a unit.
