【摘要】：互聯網通信技術的普及與發(fā)展為人們的生活與學習提供了極大的便利,尤其是在我國成人高等教育的應用上發(fā)揮了重要的作用。但是,現代成人遠程開放教育在發(fā)展過程中還面臨著地位不高、資源不豐富、師資力量薄弱等問題。推動現代成人遠程開放教育科學發(fā)展,要針對存在的問題,提供政策法規(guī)保障,建立多元化辦學機制,對辦學和教學資源進行整合,并加強師資建設,建立起與遠程教育相適應的教學與管理模式。
[Abstract]:The popularization and development of Internet communication technology has provided great convenience for people's life and study, especially in the application of adult higher education in China. However, modern adult distance open education is still faced with problems such as low status, lack of resources, weak teachers and so on. In order to promote the scientific development of modern adult distance and open education, it is necessary to provide policies and regulations to guarantee the existing problems, to establish a diversified school running mechanism, to integrate running schools and teaching resources, and to strengthen the construction of teachers. To establish a teaching and management model suitable for distance education.
