【摘要】：2015年,澳大利亞開(kāi)始構(gòu)建新模型主導(dǎo)培訓(xùn)包開(kāi)發(fā)與認(rèn)證工作,新模型由澳大利亞行業(yè)與技能委員會(huì)(AISC)、行業(yè)參考委員會(huì)(IRC)、技能服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)(SSO)三個(gè)實(shí)體組成,各組織按照既定流程通過(guò)行業(yè)咨詢、有效競(jìng)爭(zhēng)及針對(duì)性調(diào)查機(jī)制開(kāi)展工作。新模型運(yùn)行的特點(diǎn)包括:注重"成果"導(dǎo)向性,國(guó)家指導(dǎo)、行業(yè)主導(dǎo)的開(kāi)發(fā)與認(rèn)證模式,多層次的質(zhì)量監(jiān)督與保障體系,對(duì)我國(guó)構(gòu)建政府統(tǒng)一管理,堅(jiān)持需求導(dǎo)向,提升行業(yè)地位及管理運(yùn)行效率的"職業(yè)培訓(xùn)包"組織模型及運(yùn)行機(jī)制具有重要啟示。
[Abstract]:In 2015, Australia began to build a new model to lead the development and certification of training packages. The new model is composed of three entities, (SSO), the (IRC), skills Services Agency of the (AISC), Industry reference Board of the Australian Industry and skills Council. Organizations work through industry consultation, effective competition and targeted investigation mechanisms in accordance with established procedures. The characteristics of the new model operation include: focusing on the orientation of "achievement", national guidance, industry-led development and certification mode, multi-level quality supervision and guarantee system, constructing unified management of our government and insisting on demand-oriented. The organizational model and operation mechanism of "vocational training package" to improve the status of the industry and to manage the operational efficiency have important implications.
