生態(tài)學(xué)視域下高校繼續(xù)教育人才培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟全球化、信息化時代的大背景下,知識已經(jīng)成為社會發(fā)展的核心推動力,而人才作為知識的載體,需要不斷更新自身的知識體系,提高專業(yè)技能,以滿足個人學(xué)習需求和社會發(fā)展需要。高校繼續(xù)教育致力于培養(yǎng)滿足自身發(fā)展需求和符合行業(yè)發(fā)展要求的會學(xué)習的人才。本研究從生態(tài)學(xué)的視角對高校繼續(xù)教育人才培養(yǎng)進行跨學(xué)科研究,在查閱大量文獻資料和深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上,以生態(tài)學(xué)理論和方法作為切入點來分析人才培養(yǎng)中的問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上有針對性的提出生態(tài)學(xué)視域下高校繼續(xù)教育人才培養(yǎng)的對策,希望能對解決高校繼續(xù)教育人才培養(yǎng)中的問題有所啟發(fā)。第一部分在對研究背景進行分析論述的基礎(chǔ)上,從理論和實踐兩個方面分析了本研究的目的及意義。通過對國內(nèi)外文獻進行梳理,進一步明晰了本文的研究思路和方法,在借鑒相關(guān)理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上有所創(chuàng)新。第二部分主要闡釋了本研究的相關(guān)概念和理論基礎(chǔ)。對生態(tài)學(xué)、教育生態(tài)學(xué)、繼續(xù)教育人才培養(yǎng)、生態(tài)學(xué)視域下的高校繼續(xù)教育人才培養(yǎng)概念進行界定,介紹了人力資本理論、生態(tài)位分離理論、可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論,為生態(tài)學(xué)視域下進行人才培養(yǎng)研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分從生態(tài)學(xué)角度對高校繼續(xù)教育人才培養(yǎng)加以解析。以生態(tài)系統(tǒng)生態(tài)學(xué)作為研究的切入點,對高校繼續(xù)教育生態(tài)系統(tǒng)進行概述,分析了構(gòu)成高校繼續(xù)教育人才培養(yǎng)生態(tài)環(huán)境的經(jīng)濟、社會、自然生態(tài)因子,在此基礎(chǔ)上,研究了高校繼續(xù)教育人才培養(yǎng)的生態(tài)原則,使高校繼續(xù)教育人才培養(yǎng)能夠保持內(nèi)外環(huán)境平衡,實現(xiàn)共生發(fā)展。第四部分從生態(tài)學(xué)角度對高校繼續(xù)教育人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題進行分析。近年來高校繼續(xù)教育人才培養(yǎng)的運行機制日趨完善,內(nèi)容和形式上也逐漸豐富,然而隨著市場經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,人才培養(yǎng)的生態(tài)環(huán)境發(fā)生明顯的變化,使得人才培養(yǎng)的內(nèi)外環(huán)境失衡,高校繼續(xù)教育人才培養(yǎng)存在諸如培養(yǎng)理念滯后,培養(yǎng)目標模糊、培養(yǎng)制度僵化、培養(yǎng)過程固化、培養(yǎng)評價體系的不健全等亟待解決的問題。第五部分以生態(tài)學(xué)理論為指導(dǎo),針對我國高校繼續(xù)教育人才培養(yǎng)在培養(yǎng)理念、目標、制度、過程、評價五個方面存在的問題,提出了改善高校繼續(xù)教育人才培養(yǎng)的具體對策,以適應(yīng)人才培養(yǎng)生態(tài)環(huán)境的發(fā)展,優(yōu)化高校繼續(xù)教育人才培養(yǎng)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization and information age, knowledge has become the core driving force of social development. As a carrier of knowledge, talents need to constantly update their knowledge system and improve their professional skills. To meet individual learning needs and social development needs. Continuing education in colleges and universities is devoted to the cultivation of learning talents who meet their own development needs and meet the needs of industry development. This research carries on the interdisciplinary research from the ecology angle of view to the university continuing education talented person training, on the basis of consulting the massive literature data and the thorough analysis, takes ecology theory and the method as the breakthrough point to analyze the talented person training question. On this basis, the author puts forward the countermeasures of continuing education talents training in colleges and universities from the perspective of ecology, hoping that it will be helpful to solve the problems in continuing education talents training in colleges and universities. The first part analyzes the purpose and significance of this study from two aspects of theory and practice on the basis of analyzing and discussing the research background. Through combing the domestic and foreign literature, the author clarifies the research ideas and methods of this paper, and innovates on the basis of the relevant theoretical research. The second part mainly explains the related concepts and theoretical basis of this study. This paper defines the concepts of human capital theory, niche separation theory, sustainable development theory, and defines the concepts of ecology, education ecology, continuing education talent training, and continuing education talent training in colleges and universities from the perspective of ecology, and introduces the concept of human capital theory, niche separation theory and sustainable development theory. It lays a theoretical foundation for the study of talent training from the perspective of ecology. The third part analyzes the talent training of continuing education in colleges and universities from the angle of ecology. Taking ecosystem ecology as the starting point of research, this paper summarizes the ecological system of continuing education in colleges and universities, and analyzes the economic, social and natural ecological factors that constitute the cultivation of ecological environment for talents of continuing education in colleges and universities. This paper studies the ecological principle of talent training in continuing education in colleges and universities, so that it can keep the balance of internal and external environment and realize the symbiotic development. The fourth part analyzes the current situation and existing problems of continuing education talent training in colleges and universities from the angle of ecology. In recent years, the running mechanism of talents training in colleges and universities has become more and more perfect, and the contents and forms have been gradually enriched. However, with the development of market economy, the ecological environment of talent training has changed obviously. As a result of the imbalance of internal and external environment of talent training, there are some problems such as lagged training idea, vague training goal, rigid training system, solidified training process, imperfect training evaluation system and so on. The fifth part, under the guidance of ecological theory, aims at the problems existing in the cultivation of talents of continuing education in colleges and universities in our country in five aspects: the concept, the goal, the system, the process and the evaluation, and puts forward the concrete countermeasures to improve the cultivation of talents in continuing education in colleges and universities. In order to adapt to the development of the ecological environment of talent training, the ecological system of continuing education in colleges and universities should be optimized.
