【摘要】：自閉癥譜系障礙兒童在社會互動與交流、語言與認(rèn)知發(fā)展、重復(fù)性興趣和行為等方面會有一些早期行為跡象。通過群體篩查、重點篩查和最終診斷等程序,借助適當(dāng)?shù)暮Y查與診斷工具,自閉癥譜系障礙兒童在嬰幼兒時期可以盡早得到診斷。自閉癥譜系障礙兒童的早期篩查與診斷還存在諸多問題和挑戰(zhàn),早期監(jiān)測程序的優(yōu)化、評估工具的發(fā)展和專業(yè)人員的培訓(xùn)等是未來研究的重要課題。
[Abstract]:Children with autism spectrum disorders have some early behavioral signs in social interaction and communication, language and cognitive development, repetitive interest and behavior. Children with autism spectrum disorders can be diagnosed as early as possible in infancy through group screening, key screening and final diagnosis, and with appropriate screening and diagnostic tools. There are still many problems and challenges in the early screening and diagnosis of children with autism spectrum disorders. The optimization of early monitoring procedures, the development of evaluation tools and the training of professionals are important topics for future research.
