城鎮(zhèn)化進程中農民工從結構到實質融入的教育培訓問題

【摘要】:在我國推進以人為核心的新型城鎮(zhèn)化的歷史新時期,農民工的城鎮(zhèn)融入成為亟待解決的突出問題。農民工城鎮(zhèn)融入是指農民工在生產方式、生活方式、社會心理與價值觀念上整體融入城鎮(zhèn)社會并認同自身新的社會身份的過程與狀態(tài),其內容主要涉及經濟融入、社會融入和心理融入三個層面。相關數據表明,目前我國農民工的城鎮(zhèn)融入情況較以往有明顯提升,但總體水平依然偏低。究其原因,農民工城鎮(zhèn)融入受制于多重因素。其中,教育培訓對農民工城鎮(zhèn)融入具有顯著影響:一方面,較低的教育培訓水平是制約農民工融入城鎮(zhèn)的重要障礙,另一方面,加強教育培訓有助于農民工更好地融入城鎮(zhèn)社會。促進農民工城鎮(zhèn)融入的教育培訓策略主要包括:拓展教育培訓內容,全面促進城鎮(zhèn)融入;革新教育培訓模式,提升教育培訓實效;多方力量協同參與,打造"四位一體"教育合力。
[Abstract]:In the new historical period of promoting the new urbanization with people as the core, the integration of migrant workers into cities and towns has become an outstanding problem to be solved urgently. Urban integration of migrant workers refers to the process and state of migrant workers' integration into urban society and their new social identity in the production mode, life style, social psychology and values, which mainly involve economic integration. Social integration and psychological integration are three levels. Relevant data show that the current situation of migrant workers' urban integration has obviously improved, but the overall level is still low. The reason is that migrant workers' urban integration is restricted by many factors. Among them, education and training have a significant impact on the integration of migrant workers into cities: on the one hand, the lower level of education and training is an important obstacle to the integration of migrant workers into cities, on the other hand, Strengthening education and training is conducive to better integration of migrant workers into urban society. The educational and training strategies to promote the integration of migrant workers in cities and towns include: expanding the contents of education and training, promoting the integration of cities and towns in an all-round way; innovating the mode of education and training, improving the effectiveness of education and training; To create a "four-in-one" education force.
