【摘要】：高等學(xué)歷繼續(xù)教育是面向?qū)W校教育之后的所有社會(huì)成員特別是成人所開(kāi)展的,以取得相應(yīng)層次學(xué)歷證書為目的的高層次追加教育活動(dòng)。由于面向?qū)ο笫蔷哂幸欢ㄎ幕A(chǔ)和知識(shí)層次的在職從業(yè)人員,其改革發(fā)展以及培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量對(duì)調(diào)整優(yōu)化社會(huì)人力資源結(jié)構(gòu)、促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)具有非常重要的意義,是一項(xiàng)基礎(chǔ)性、持續(xù)性和引領(lǐng)性工作。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),我國(guó)高等學(xué)歷繼續(xù)教育專業(yè)建設(shè)沿襲普通全日制教育,缺乏繼續(xù)教育特色,不同學(xué)歷繼續(xù)教育形式的專業(yè)培養(yǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不統(tǒng)一。本文分析了我國(guó)高等學(xué)歷繼續(xù)教育存在的主要問(wèn)題,基于經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)對(duì)人力資源水平的新要求,從設(shè)計(jì)職業(yè)特色的培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃、創(chuàng)建適應(yīng)成人學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn)的培養(yǎng)模式、構(gòu)建專業(yè)認(rèn)證的保障體系等三個(gè)方面提出了普通高校高等學(xué)歷繼續(xù)教育的改革發(fā)展思路。
[Abstract]:Higher diploma continuing education is a high level supplementary education activity for all members of the society, especially adults, after school education, with the aim of obtaining the corresponding academic qualifications. Because object-oriented is a kind of on-the-job employees with a certain cultural foundation and knowledge level, its reform, development and training quality are of great significance in adjusting and optimizing the structure of social human resources and promoting the industrial transformation and upgrading. Is a basic, continuous and leading work. For a long time, the specialty construction of continuing education of higher education in China has followed the general full-time education, lacking the characteristics of continuing education, and the professional training standards of different forms of continuing education are not uniform. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the continuing education of higher academic qualifications in China, based on the new requirements of the new normal of economic and social development for the level of human resources, from the design of vocational characteristics of the training plan, to create a training model adapted to the characteristics of adult learning. This paper puts forward the reform and development of higher education in colleges and universities from three aspects, such as establishing the guarantee system of professional certification.
