【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國省級高等教育自學(xué)考試機(jī)構(gòu)權(quán)力配置主要包括縱向配置和橫向配置兩種,這種管理體系存在著地方自學(xué)考試管理機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置差異較大、管理部門服務(wù)意識不強(qiáng)、職能轉(zhuǎn)變不到位等問題,其原因在于自學(xué)考試管理機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置不科學(xué)、地方自學(xué)考試管理機(jī)構(gòu)自主性不強(qiáng)、管理體制松散。我國省級高等教育自學(xué)考試機(jī)構(gòu)的權(quán)力配置應(yīng)進(jìn)行合理的設(shè)計(jì),建立完善的自學(xué)考試管理機(jī)構(gòu),轉(zhuǎn)變自學(xué)考試管理機(jī)構(gòu)職能,堅(jiān)持教考分離原則,科學(xué)配置自學(xué)考試管理權(quán),優(yōu)化自學(xué)考試服務(wù)體系,以信息化推進(jìn)管理手段現(xiàn)代化。
[Abstract]:At present, the power allocation of the provincial higher education self-study examination institutions in our country mainly includes vertical configuration and horizontal allocation. There are great differences in the setting of local self-study examination management institutions in this management system, and the service consciousness of the management departments is not strong. The reasons are that the management organization of self-study examination is not scientific, the autonomy of local self-study examination management organization is not strong, and the management system is loose. The power allocation of the provincial higher education self-study examination institutions in our country should be reasonably designed, the perfect self-study examination management organization should be established, the function of the self-study examination management organization should be changed, the principle of separation of teaching and examination should be adhered to, and the management right of self-study examination should be scientifically allocated. Optimize self-study examination service system, and promote the modernization of management means with information technology.
