【摘要】：實踐教學是高校教學系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,當前成人高校實踐教學主要有"五缺",即教學理念缺位、培養(yǎng)模式缺失、教學條件缺乏、實訓師資缺少、實訓教材缺欠,這些問題的形成有歷史與現(xiàn)實、主觀與客觀諸多原因。對此,成人高校需要扎實推進實踐教學體系建設,要從轉(zhuǎn)變?nèi)瞬排囵B(yǎng)理念、開發(fā)實踐課程及教材、培養(yǎng)專有教師隊伍、夯實校內(nèi)硬件基礎、借用校外實訓基地、嚴格督導管理等方面著手,多管齊下,促使教學質(zhì)量全面提升。
[Abstract]:Practice teaching is an important part of the teaching system in colleges and universities. At present, there are "five shortages" in practical teaching in adult colleges and universities, that is, the absence of teaching idea, the lack of training mode, the lack of teaching conditions, the shortage of practical teachers and the shortage of practical teaching materials. The formation of these problems has many reasons, such as history and reality, subjective and objective. In view of this, adult colleges and universities need to promote the construction of practical teaching system in a down-to-earth manner. They should change the concept of talent training, develop practical courses and teaching materials, cultivate the contingent of specialized teachers, consolidate the internal hardware base, and borrow the training base outside the school. Strict supervision and management and other aspects, multi-pronged, to promote the overall quality of teaching.
