“父親缺失”類型分析及其對策研究

【摘要】:本文通過分析文獻(xiàn)資料與案例訪談,以案例來分析四種父親缺失可能對子女產(chǎn)生的影響,進(jìn)而分析原因,總結(jié)原因,希望找到相應(yīng)的解決對策。社會(huì)學(xué)家和心理學(xué)家的研究表明,子女由于父親缺失,很容易在成長過程中產(chǎn)生各種各樣的問題,甚至容易出現(xiàn)犯罪行為。因此,研究父親缺失對子女影響極其重要。在父親缺失的四種類型中,由于父親放棄自己的職責(zé)或者其父親觀念的缺失,有因?yàn)殡x婚、工作等長期不在子女身邊,導(dǎo)致子女成長過程中的父親缺失,而母親由于生活壓力的加大,忽視對子女的正確引導(dǎo),因?yàn)榻逃绞降牟划?dāng)也會(huì)讓子女在成長過程中產(chǎn)生各種問題。父親缺失對子女的影響表現(xiàn)在情感的缺失,使得父親缺失家庭的子女缺失父愛;也表現(xiàn)在影響性格品質(zhì)的全面發(fā)展;還表現(xiàn)在子女缺少在父親身上習(xí)得的社會(huì)化經(jīng)驗(yàn),而無法正確的定位自己的社會(huì)角色等問題。這些都是父親缺失對子女成長過程產(chǎn)生的不良的影響。通過調(diào)查研究和分析綜合,本文從政府和社會(huì)、學(xué)校和父母幾個(gè)方面提出了建議。政府和社會(huì)方面,則需要給予法律制度和經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的支持,建立相關(guān)的咨詢機(jī)構(gòu),使得公眾在“職前”和“職后”均可獲得幫助;將親職教育納入教育系統(tǒng)中,成為公眾必學(xué)內(nèi)容。學(xué)校方面,開設(shè)親職教育課程,設(shè)置相應(yīng)的課程內(nèi)容;加強(qiáng)學(xué)校和家庭之間的聯(lián)系,增強(qiáng)對父親缺失的子女的關(guān)愛。父母方面,父親要增強(qiáng)父親意識(shí),給予子女充足的父愛;母親要提高自己的教育水平,要在面對父親缺失的時(shí)候加強(qiáng)、引導(dǎo)對子女的教育,要學(xué)會(huì)主動(dòng)放權(quán),做好子女和父親之間的溝通橋梁。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of literature and case interviews, this paper analyzes the possible influence of four kinds of fathers' absence on their children, and then analyzes the causes, summarizes the reasons, and hopes to find the corresponding countermeasures. Studies by sociologists and psychologists have shown that children, due to their father's absence, are prone to all kinds of problems and even criminal behaviour as they grow up. Therefore, it is extremely important to study the effect of father absence on children. Among the four missing types of fathers, the father gives up his duties or lacks his father's concept, some of them are absent from the children for a long time, such as divorce, work, etc., which lead to the father's absence in the process of the child's growth. Because of the increasing pressure of life, mothers ignore the correct guidance of their children, because the improper way of education will also make the children in the process of growing up to produce a variety of problems. The influence of the father's absence on the children is reflected in the lack of emotion, which causes the father's absence of the family's children's lack of paternal love; it also shows in the influence of the overall development of the character quality, and also in the lack of the children's socialized experience learned from the father. And unable to correctly position their own social role and other issues. These are the negative effects of a father's absence on the process of children's growth. Through investigation and analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions from government, society, school and parents. At the governmental and social levels, there is a need for legal and economic support, the establishment of relevant advisory bodies to enable the public to have access to "pre-service" and "post-employment" assistance, and the integration of parental education into the education system, Become the public must learn the content. On the school side, we should set up the parental education curriculum, set up the corresponding curriculum content, strengthen the relationship between the school and the family, and strengthen the care for the children who are absent from the father. As for parents, fathers should enhance their father's awareness and give their children sufficient paternal love. Mothers should improve their education level, strengthen their education in the face of their father's absence, guide their children's education, and learn to take the initiative to delegate power. Be a bridge between your children and your father.
