360度評(píng)價(jià)法在住培學(xué)員崗位勝任能力評(píng)價(jià)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的運(yùn)用360度評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)2015級(jí)住培學(xué)員崗位勝任力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)2015級(jí)住培學(xué)員崗位勝任力現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行探討分析。方法采用問卷調(diào)查評(píng)價(jià)表分別從專業(yè)基地主任、學(xué)員指導(dǎo)教師、輪轉(zhuǎn)帶教教師、同學(xué)、自我評(píng)價(jià)5個(gè)角度,對(duì)202名住培學(xué)員崗位勝任力進(jìn)行360度反饋評(píng)價(jià),崗位勝任力評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容包含基本能力、職業(yè)素養(yǎng)、醫(yī)患溝通、醫(yī)學(xué)知識(shí)等8個(gè)方面核心能力;應(yīng)用Epi Data3.02建立數(shù)據(jù)庫,采用SPSS19.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法主要為描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、單因素方差分析。結(jié)果 5類評(píng)價(jià)主體在基本能力和醫(yī)學(xué)知識(shí)2項(xiàng)能力打分較高,在職業(yè)精神、溝通能力、職業(yè)道德、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作、學(xué)術(shù)研究等其他幾項(xiàng)能力打分偏低;在基本能力、職業(yè)精神與素質(zhì)、溝通能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作和學(xué)術(shù)研究幾方面能力評(píng)分,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);本人各方面打分均偏高,輪轉(zhuǎn)帶教教師和同專業(yè)基地同學(xué)打分居中,專業(yè)基地主任、指導(dǎo)導(dǎo)師在各方面打分偏低結(jié)論 360度評(píng)價(jià)法客觀公正地評(píng)價(jià)住培學(xué)員崗位勝任能力,有助于提高住培學(xué)員崗位勝任能力,有利于加強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí),增強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Methods A questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the competency of 202 students from five angles: professional base director, student guidance teacher, rotation teacher, classmate and self-evaluation. The content of post competency evaluation includes 8 core competencies, such as basic competence, professional accomplishment, doctor-patient communication, medical knowledge, etc. Epi data 3.02 is used to establish database, and SPSS 19.0 software is used for statistical analysis. The statistical analysis methods are mainly descriptive statistical analysis and single factor variance analysis. Results the subjects scored higher in basic ability and medical knowledge, lower in professional spirit, communication ability, professional ethics, teamwork, academic research, etc. The scores of professional spirit and quality, communication ability, team cooperation and academic research were statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the 360-degree evaluation method objectively and justly evaluates the post competence of the resident trainees, which is helpful to improve the post competence, strengthen the team consciousness and strengthen the team building.
