一位特殊教育專家型教師成長(zhǎng)的敘事研究

【摘要】:文章采用敘事研究的方法,分析了一位全國(guó)教書(shū)育人楷模從初入特殊教育的"不知所措",扎根一線辛勤耕耘30載后,逐步成長(zhǎng)為"胸有成竹"的專家型教師的工作經(jīng)歷。研究表明:特殊教育專家型教師成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中不僅要有明確的教育信念,還要潛心學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)知識(shí),深入研究教學(xué)方法,注重教學(xué)規(guī)范,勇于克服各種難題,才能引導(dǎo)學(xué)生不斷發(fā)展,最終使自己在理論與實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上成長(zhǎng)為一名專家型教師。
[Abstract]:By using the method of narrative research, this paper analyzes the work experience of an expert teacher who has been working hard for 30 years and has gradually grown up to be an expert teacher who has been a national model of teaching and educating people from the beginning of his education to special education, after 30 years of hard work in the front line. The research shows that in the process of growing up, special education expert teachers should not only have clear educational beliefs, but also concentrate on learning professional knowledge, deeply study teaching methods, pay attention to teaching norms, and dare to overcome all kinds of difficult problems. Ability to guide students to develop and eventually to grow into an expert teacher on the basis of theory and practice.
