【摘要】：我國經濟處于深化改革的關鍵階段,實用型人才需求量激增,而實用型人才特別是技術型人才的主要培養(yǎng)途徑就是成人教育。我國人才教育需求格局的變化,促使成人教育必須進行改革�；诖�,針對目前國內成人教育存在的問題,分析歐美國家成人教育發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和成功經驗,以期對我國的成人教育發(fā)展有所啟示。
[Abstract]:The economy of our country is in the key stage of deepening the reform, and the demand for practical talents is increasing sharply, and the main way of cultivating practical talents, especially technical talents, is adult education. The change of the demand pattern of talent education in our country urges the adult education to be reformed. In view of the problems existing in adult education in China, this paper analyzes the present situation and successful experience of adult education in Europe and the United States in order to enlighten the development of adult education in China.
