【摘要】：我國以地方高校為依托的繼續(xù)教育在激烈的競爭中占據(jù)主體地位,它們與普通高校資源共享,合作共生,在培養(yǎng)地方應(yīng)用型人才、指導(dǎo)地方科技創(chuàng)新和服務(wù)社會大眾方面有著獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢條件,但置身于以傳統(tǒng)的普通高等教育為重心的地方高校實(shí)然環(huán)境中,繼續(xù)教育則暴露出了明顯的定位偏差。從學(xué)習(xí)型社會視角重新審視繼續(xù)教育的目標(biāo)定位和學(xué)校行為,矯正對繼續(xù)教育認(rèn)識上的偏差,使其獲得應(yīng)有的重視,發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的"全民教育""終身教育"功能。
[Abstract]:Continuing education based on local universities occupies the main position in the fierce competition. They share resources with ordinary colleges and universities, cooperate with each other and cultivate local applied talents. There are unique advantages in guiding local scientific and technological innovation and serving the public, but in the actual environment of local colleges and universities, which focus on the traditional higher education, continuing education has exposed an obvious orientation deviation. From the perspective of learning-oriented society, we should re-examine the goal orientation and school behavior of continuing education, correct the deviation in the cognition of continuing education, make it receive due attention, and give full play to the function of "education for all" and "lifelong education".
