人才類型、人才標(biāo)準(zhǔn)認(rèn)知與技術(shù)培訓(xùn)方式偏好——以南疆四地州593個農(nóng)村樣本為例

【摘要】:探索邊疆民族地區(qū)村民是否偏好課堂面授、面授加現(xiàn)場指導(dǎo)、參觀考察、遠(yuǎn)程教育等農(nóng)村實用人才培訓(xùn)方式有利于尋求針對性的培訓(xùn)方式。從外部環(huán)境和認(rèn)知層面分析調(diào)查對象所在村實用人才類別數(shù)量和農(nóng)村實用人才最重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)認(rèn)知對培訓(xùn)方式偏好的影響具有實際意義。利用新疆南部四地州593個村民的問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),采用多元Probit似乎不相關(guān)回歸模型發(fā)現(xiàn),所在村實用人才的類別數(shù)量正向影響村民的課堂面授和參觀考察偏好,而對村民的面授加現(xiàn)場指導(dǎo)偏好和遠(yuǎn)程教育偏好呈負(fù)向影響。農(nóng)村實用人才最重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)認(rèn)知正向影響村民對面授加現(xiàn)場指導(dǎo)、參觀考察、遠(yuǎn)程教育等方式的偏好,而對課堂面授的偏好不高。
[Abstract]:Exploring whether villagers in frontier minority areas prefer classroom teaching, face-to-face teaching and on-site guidance, visiting and investigation, distance education and other rural practical training methods are conducive to seeking targeted training methods. It is of practical significance to analyze the influence of the quantity of practical talents in the village and the most important standard cognition of rural practical talents on the preference of training methods from the external environment and cognitive level. Based on the questionnaire data of 593 villagers in four prefectures in southern Xinjiang and using the multiple probit independent regression model, it is found that the number of practical talents in the village has a positive effect on the preference of the villagers for classroom face-to-face teaching and visiting inspection. On the other hand, the preference of face-to-face instruction and distance education was negatively affected. The most important standard cognition of practical talents in rural areas has a positive effect on villagers' preference for face-to-face instruction, visiting and inspection, distance education, etc, but not for classroom face-to-face teaching.
