【摘要】：動(dòng)力機(jī)制的協(xié)調(diào)有序運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是驅(qū)動(dòng)社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)共同體健康長(zhǎng)效運(yùn)行的關(guān)鍵。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)共同體廣泛建立,活動(dòng)開(kāi)展得轟轟烈烈。但實(shí)踐表明,這些活動(dòng)的實(shí)際效果并不理想,多數(shù)共同體往往曇花一現(xiàn),難以長(zhǎng)久為繼。本文基于動(dòng)力學(xué)的研究視角,對(duì)社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)共同體的動(dòng)機(jī)影響因素以及各因素之間交互作用機(jī)理進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)共同體動(dòng)力機(jī)制生態(tài)模型,進(jìn)而提出模型在實(shí)踐運(yùn)行中的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑。通過(guò)對(duì)社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)共同體系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的動(dòng)力機(jī)制問(wèn)題進(jìn)行創(chuàng)生性的探索,以期全面揭示社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)共同體動(dòng)力機(jī)制的運(yùn)行機(jī)理,為當(dāng)前現(xiàn)實(shí)實(shí)踐提供切實(shí)可行的理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The coordinated and orderly operation of the dynamic mechanism is the key to the healthy and long-term operation of the community learning community. At present, our community learning community is widely established, the activities are booming. But the practice shows that the practical effect of these activities is not ideal, and most communities are short-lived and difficult to last for a long time. Based on the dynamic research perspective, this paper systematically analyzes the motivational factors and the interaction mechanism of the community learning community, and on this basis, constructs the ecological model of the community learning community dynamic mechanism. Then the implementation path of the model in practice is put forward. Through the creative exploration of the dynamic mechanism of community learning community system, the author hopes to reveal the running mechanism of community learning community dynamic mechanism in an all-round way, and to provide practical theoretical guidance for current practical practice.
