【摘要】：少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生是各民族優(yōu)秀人才,是民族地區(qū)未來發(fā)展的建設(shè)者和接班人,也是維護(hù)民族團(tuán)結(jié)的重要力量,因此,做好民族大學(xué)生的教育管理工作具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。當(dāng)前微媒體的廣泛應(yīng)用放大了話語邊界,影響民族大學(xué)生知行觀,沖擊了高校教育管理話語權(quán),給高校民族大學(xué)生教育管理工作帶來了新的環(huán)境和挑戰(zhàn)。因此,在新的時(shí)代背景下高校教育管理工作者需要緊跟時(shí)代,不斷創(chuàng)新思維,建立符合時(shí)代、契合民族大學(xué)生心理特點(diǎn)、適應(yīng)高校實(shí)際的全新教育管理話語權(quán)。
[Abstract]:Ethnic college students are excellent talents of various nationalities, constructors and successors of the future development of ethnic regions, and important forces to maintain national unity. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to do a good job in the education and management of ethnic college students. At present, the wide application of micromedia magnifies the boundary of discourse, affects the view of knowledge and action of ethnic college students, impacts the right of discourse of university education management, and brings new environment and challenge to the educational management of ethnic college students. Therefore, under the new background, the university educational management workers need to keep up with the times, constantly innovate their thinking, establish a new right to speak in line with the times, suit the psychological characteristics of national college students, and adapt to the actual situation of colleges and universities.
