【摘要】:本研究的目的在于以概覽社會(huì)力量辦學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理的研究狀況為基礎(chǔ),通過對(duì)社會(huì)力量辦學(xué)院校教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理與評(píng)價(jià)體系研究的背景透視,剖析相關(guān)的基本理論問題,吸納國內(nèi)外最新的相關(guān)研究成果,探索富有成效的社會(huì)力量辦學(xué)院校教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理與評(píng)價(jià)體系的對(duì)策。在本研究中結(jié)合上海華文進(jìn)修學(xué)院教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理的實(shí)踐進(jìn)行分析,從學(xué)校內(nèi)部組織管理的角度入手研究我國社會(huì)力量辦學(xué)院校的教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理問題。 本研究緊緊圍繞“社會(huì)力量辦學(xué)院校的教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理研究”這一總論題,分四部分展開研究: 第一部分,闡述本研究的研究背景、研究意義等,提出本文的主要研究任務(wù),在對(duì)已有研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,提出研究思路與研究方法。 第二部分,從社會(huì)力量辦學(xué)院校的職能和特點(diǎn)出發(fā),對(duì)社會(huì)力量辦學(xué)院校教學(xué)質(zhì)量問題進(jìn)行分析。 第三部分,應(yīng)用全面質(zhì)量管理理論分析存在的問題,闡述全面質(zhì)量管理的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和全面質(zhì)量管理的主要理論與方法。提出運(yùn)用全面質(zhì)量管理的理論與方法來提高社會(huì)力量辦學(xué)院校的教學(xué)質(zhì)量。 第四部分,結(jié)合上海華文進(jìn)修學(xué)院教學(xué)管理的實(shí)際,圍繞社會(huì)力量辦學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)的教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理與質(zhì)量保證活動(dòng)的開展,在師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、教學(xué)過程管理、實(shí)踐教學(xué)、質(zhì)量體系和質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)等方面進(jìn)行分析,提出提高社會(huì)力量辦學(xué)院校教育質(zhì)量的對(duì)策與措施。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to analyze the relevant theoretical problems through the perspective of the background of the research on the management and evaluation system of teaching quality in social power schools, based on an overview of the research status of teaching quality management in social power educational institutions. By absorbing the latest relevant research results at home and abroad, this paper explores the countermeasures of effective teaching quality management and evaluation system in colleges and universities run by social forces. Based on the practice of teaching quality management in Shanghai Chinese language Learning College, this paper studies the problems of teaching quality management in colleges and universities run by social forces from the perspective of school internal organization and management. This research focuses on the research of teaching quality management in colleges and universities run by social forces, which is divided into four parts. In the first part, the research background and significance of this study are described, and the main research tasks of this paper are put forward. On the basis of the review of the existing research literature, the research ideas and methods are put forward. In the second part, the author analyzes the teaching quality of social power colleges and universities from the point of view of their functions and characteristics. In the third part, the existing problems are analyzed by using the TQM theory, and the development of TQM and the main theories and methods of TQM are expounded. This paper puts forward the theory and method of total quality management to improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities run by social forces. The fourth part, combined with the practice of teaching management in Shanghai Chinese language Learning Institute, focuses on the development of teaching quality management and quality assurance activities of social power educational institutions, in the construction of teaching staff, the management of teaching process, and the practice of teaching. This paper analyzes the quality system and quality evaluation, and puts forward the countermeasures and measures to improve the educational quality of colleges and universities run by social forces.
