【摘要】：美國(guó)成人教育經(jīng)過(guò)100多年的發(fā)展,為當(dāng)代積累了諸多成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法與邏輯分析法對(duì)美國(guó)當(dāng)代成人教育的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行梳理,以期為我國(guó)成人教育的開(kāi)展提供借鑒與參考。研究認(rèn)為,美國(guó)當(dāng)代成人教育之所以成功,主要?dú)w功于它以市場(chǎng)需求為主導(dǎo)多主體實(shí)施成人教育,注重培訓(xùn)成效,以"線上"與"線下"開(kāi)展教育的實(shí)施�；诿绹�(guó)經(jīng)驗(yàn),建議中國(guó)成人教育應(yīng)注重市場(chǎng)需要,調(diào)整當(dāng)下成人教育人才培養(yǎng)的格局,從"注重實(shí)效"出發(fā)促進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)成人教育機(jī)構(gòu)的活力,盡量展開(kāi)混和教學(xué)來(lái)拓展當(dāng)下成人教育的領(lǐng)域與模式,來(lái)促進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)成人教育的發(fā)展與提升。
[Abstract]:After more than 100 years of development, American adult education has accumulated many successful experiences for the present. This paper makes use of the method of literature and logic analysis to comb the successful experience of contemporary adult education in the United States in order to provide reference and reference for the development of adult education in our country. The study holds that the success of contemporary adult education in the United States is mainly due to its multi-subject education based on market demand, focusing on the effect of training and carrying out education "online" and "offline". Based on the experience of the United States, it is suggested that China's adult education should pay attention to market needs, adjust the current pattern of adult education personnel training, and promote the vitality of domestic adult education institutions from the perspective of "focusing on practical results". Try to expand the field and mode of adult education to promote the development and promotion of adult education in China.
