【摘要】：萊斯特評估套件(Leicester assessment package,LAP)目前已被世界多個(gè)國家推廣應(yīng)用于制定全科醫(yī)生培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、評估培訓(xùn)效果以及制定全科醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)資格認(rèn)證考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。為了不斷提高全科醫(yī)生的應(yīng)診能力,香港家庭醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)顧問醫(yī)生團(tuán)隊(duì)?wèi)?yīng)用LAP,選取北京市不同社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心的8名全科醫(yī)生定期開展培訓(xùn)。本文介紹了LAP的具體內(nèi)容,并對應(yīng)用LAP培訓(xùn)全科醫(yī)生的實(shí)踐情況和優(yōu)勢進(jìn)行了總結(jié),認(rèn)為LAP可以培養(yǎng)全科醫(yī)生建立以患者為中心的臨床思維,提高其解決實(shí)際臨床問題的能力,以期為改善全科醫(yī)生培訓(xùn)模式和效果提供參考。
[Abstract]:Leicester assessment package LAPs has been widely used in many countries in the world to set general practitioner training goals, evaluate the training effect and establish the general medicine professional qualification assessment standard. In order to continuously improve the ability of general practitioners, the team of professional consultant doctors of family medicine in Hong Kong applied LAP.Eighteen general practitioners from different community health service centers in Beijing were trained regularly. This paper introduces the specific contents of LAP, and summarizes the practice and advantages of using LAP to train general practitioners. It is concluded that LAP can train general practitioners to establish patient-centered clinical thinking and improve their ability to solve practical clinical problems. The aim is to provide reference for improving the training mode and effect of general practitioners.
