“身體接觸類”體育游戲?qū)γ@啞青少年心理彈性的實驗研究

【摘要】:“身體接觸類”體育游戲?qū)儆隗w育游戲的一種類型,它是根據(jù)學生的身心發(fā)展的特點,通過各種有益于學生健康的組織形式有目的、有計劃、有組織的體育教育活動,F(xiàn)階段,體育游戲的類型有多種,對于研究特殊青少年(中輕度的聾啞青少年)的心理彈性而言,“身體接觸類”體育游戲是一種較好的鍛煉手段,它是通過同學之間的身體接觸,娛樂的形式來塑造和加強學生面對困難果敢的良好品質(zhì)。國內(nèi)外關(guān)于聾啞青少年的現(xiàn)狀研究很多,但是對于其心理彈性的研究少之又少,并且研究他們心理的大多數(shù)都是理論研究等。本文在借鑒這些國內(nèi)外的研究綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,運用實驗法,論證“身體接觸類”體育游戲?qū)γ@啞青少年的心理彈性干預的效果。 本文通過查閱國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的文獻,以及去特教中心了解聾啞青少年的心理、生理狀態(tài),總結(jié)了該研究對象的概況。針對心理彈性,正常青少年的相關(guān)研究比較多,通過參考他們的現(xiàn)狀研究與聾啞青少年的對比,進一步了解聾啞青少年的心理彈性狀況。通過《青少年心理彈性量表》來測定他們的心理彈性水平,發(fā)現(xiàn)他們的缺陷來制定相應的“身體接觸類”體育游戲,文章首先分析了該類游戲的特點與作用,盡量使游戲的各方面的作用在促進聾啞青少年的心理彈性中發(fā)揮地淋漓盡致。 本次實驗樣本是從濟南特殊教育中心隨機選取符合該實驗條件的年齡范圍都在14-16歲先天性中輕度殘疾的聾啞青少年24人作為本次實驗的樣本量,之后隨機平均分配分為兩組:實驗組和控制組。兩組在實驗之前從未受過“身體接觸類”體育游戲的訓練,,自從實驗開始,實驗組每周有五次的“身體接觸類”體育游戲的干預,每節(jié)課40分鐘,其他活動均與控制組相同,實驗期限為15周。游戲的選擇根據(jù)聾啞青少年的實際情況,通過對任課老師的訪談和配合來進行下一步的實施。本實驗中采用多種研究方法,通過訪談法,了解聾啞青少年的基本狀況以及游戲?qū)嵤┑目赡苄裕挥^察法,是在實驗過程中,觀察學生的行為表現(xiàn);運用《青少年心理彈性量表》對實驗對象進行實驗前后的評估并得到相應的數(shù)據(jù),最后運用SPSS11.5數(shù)據(jù)處理軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進行處理分析,然后采用t檢驗的實驗方法,將實驗組和對照組進行具體的對比分析,得出相應的結(jié)論。 實驗結(jié)果顯示:實驗組與對照組相比,實驗組實驗對象的心理彈性在積極認知、人際關(guān)系兩個維度上得到了一部分的提升,而在目標專注、情緒控制、家庭支持這三個維度上沒有顯著提升,但是就整體而言,實驗組的心理彈性有所提升;對照組中的實驗對象的心理彈性在個別實驗數(shù)據(jù)上有細微的提升,但是相對實驗組總體的提升效果差一些,就整體而言基本沒有顯著提升。最終的結(jié)論是:“身體接觸類”體育游戲?qū)γ@啞青少年的心理彈性有一定的促進和提升效果。
[Abstract]:Physical contact sports games belong to one type of sports games. It is a kind of physical education activities which are purposeful, planned and organized according to the characteristics of students' physical and mental development and various organizational forms beneficial to students' health. At the present stage, there are many types of sports games. For studying the psychological elasticity of special teenagers (middle and mild deaf and mute teenagers), "physical contact" sports games are a good exercise means. It is the form of physical contact and entertainment between students to shape and strengthen the students face difficulties bold good quality. There are a lot of researches on the present situation of deaf and mute teenagers at home and abroad, but there are few researches on their mental resilience, and most of the researches on their psychology are theoretical studies and so on. Based on the review of these domestic and foreign studies, this paper demonstrates the effect of "physical contact" sports games on the psychological elasticity of deaf and mute teenagers by means of experimental method. This paper summarizes the general situation of the research object by consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad and going to the special education center to understand the psychological and physiological state of the deaf and mute teenagers. There are many related studies on normal adolescents in terms of mental resilience. By referring to their current situation and comparing them with those of deaf and mute adolescents, we can further understand the mental resilience of deaf-mute adolescents. By measuring their level of psychological elasticity and finding out their defects, the paper makes a corresponding "physical contact" sports game. The article first analyzes the characteristics and functions of this kind of game. Try to play the role of all aspects of the game in promoting the mental resilience of deaf and mute teenagers. The experiment sample was randomly selected from Jinan Special Education Center, 24 deaf and mute adolescents with congenital mild and moderate disabilities aged 14-16 years, as the sample size of this experiment. After that, they were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. The two groups had never been trained in "physical contact" sports games before the experiment. Since the experiment, the experimental group had been involved in "physical contact" sports games five times a week for 40 minutes. The other activities were the same as those in the control group. The duration of the experiment was 15 weeks. According to the actual situation of deaf and mute teenagers, the selection of the game is carried out through the interview and cooperation of the teachers. In this experiment, we use various research methods to understand the basic situation of deaf and mute teenagers and the possibility of the implementation of the game through interviews, while the observation method is to observe the behavior of the students in the course of the experiment. Using the Adolescent Psychoelasticity scale, the subjects were evaluated before and after the experiment and the corresponding data were obtained. Finally, the data were processed and analyzed by SPSS11.5 data processing software, and then the experimental method of t test was used. The experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed, and the corresponding conclusions were drawn. The results showed that: compared with the control group, the subjects in the experimental group got some improvement in positive cognition and interpersonal relationship, but in the goal focus, emotional control. There was no significant improvement in the three dimensions of family support, but on the whole, the mental resilience of the experimental group was improved, while that of the subjects in the control group was slightly improved on individual experimental data. But compared with the experimental group as a whole, there was no significant improvement. The final conclusion is that physical contact sports games can promote and enhance the mental resilience of deaf and mute adolescents.
