【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)院是高校繼續(xù)教育發(fā)展和成人終身學(xué)習(xí)的重要平臺,在辦學(xué)過程中面臨激烈的市場競爭。對其競爭力進行評價有助于考生理性擇校,也有助于網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)院識別優(yōu)勢和不足,針對性開展工作,提升辦學(xué)水平。文章基于鉆石模型構(gòu)建了網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)院競爭力評價指標(biāo)體系,利用層次分析法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重并進行了實證個案評價,針對案例評價中的網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)院,以完善管理政策為起點,針對擴大市場需求、增強競爭機制、豐富辦學(xué)資源和延伸關(guān)聯(lián)服務(wù)提出了對策建議。
[Abstract]:Network college is an important platform for the development of continuing education and adult lifelong learning in colleges and universities, and faces fierce market competition in the course of running a school. The evaluation of its competitiveness helps the examinee to choose the school rationally, but also helps the network college to identify the advantages and disadvantages, to carry out the work pertinently, and to improve the level of running a school. Based on the diamond model, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the network college's competitiveness, determines the index weight by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and carries on the empirical case evaluation, aiming at the network college in the case evaluation, takes the consummation management policy as the starting point. Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to expand market demand, strengthen competition mechanism, enrich school resources and extend related services.
