【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)的專業(yè)設(shè)置模式具有局限性、人才質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不清晰、人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不高與專業(yè)改革壓力偏大導(dǎo)致成人教育學(xué)專業(yè)碩士研究生培養(yǎng)遭遇困境。鑒于此,成人教育學(xué)專業(yè)碩士培養(yǎng)要以社會(huì)實(shí)際需求為導(dǎo)向,尋找新的學(xué)科專業(yè)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),制訂可操作的人才質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),積極探索聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)模式,建立嚴(yán)格的導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The traditional mode of specialty setting is limited, the quality standard of talents is not clear, the competitiveness of talents is not high and the pressure of professional reform is on the high side, which leads to the difficulties in the cultivation of graduate students majoring in adult education. In view of this, the cultivation of master's degree in adult education should be guided by the actual needs of the society, seek for a new growth point of discipline and specialty, formulate the operational quality standard of talents, actively explore the mode of joint training, and establish a strict mechanism for the construction of tutors.
