【摘要】：對高校繼續(xù)教育的定位展開研究是目前我國教育生態(tài)化發(fā)展的必然趨勢。從高校與繼續(xù)教育的關(guān)系來看,高校實際上是繼續(xù)教育的管理機構(gòu),是實施繼續(xù)教育活動的真正載體。高校具有多重身份,是多重身份的綜合體。它的多重身份體現(xiàn)在它的多重角色上。它不但是繼續(xù)教育管理機構(gòu)和實施繼續(xù)教育的實體,而且承擔著繼續(xù)教育理論研究以及實踐創(chuàng)新的多重任務(wù)。因此,從多重角度和視角來研究高校繼續(xù)教育的定位問題和實現(xiàn)對策,是實現(xiàn)高校繼續(xù)教育準確定位的必然要求。
[Abstract]:The research on the orientation of continuing education in colleges and universities is an inevitable trend of the ecological development of education in our country at present. From the perspective of the relationship between universities and continuing education, colleges and universities are in fact the administrative organs of continuing education and the real carrier of carrying out continuing education activities. Colleges and universities have multiple identities, which is a complex of multiple identities. Its multiple identities are embodied in its multiple roles. It is not only the administrative organization of continuing education and the entity of carrying out continuing education, but also the multiple tasks of theoretical research and practical innovation of continuing education. Therefore, it is necessary to study the orientation of continuing education in colleges and universities from multiple angles and angles of view and to realize the correct orientation of continuing education in colleges and universities.
