【摘要】：當(dāng)前世界許多國(guó)家以"批量制造"的方式教育下一代,而芬蘭基礎(chǔ)教育成功的秘密在于為每個(gè)學(xué)生提供"特殊"而公平的教育,這種主流化的"特殊需要教育"不僅有健全的法律法規(guī)保障,以及安排合理、操作性強(qiáng)的課程大綱,而且在教師聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)和師資培訓(xùn)方面都擁有較完善的體系。我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育中對(duì)學(xué)生個(gè)性化特殊需求的關(guān)注仍然較為欠缺,必須從法規(guī)的健全、課程的設(shè)置到基層師資的配備等方面,逐步放松學(xué)術(shù)性競(jìng)爭(zhēng),更加注重教育公平,最終形成優(yōu)質(zhì)均衡的教育新生態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Many countries in the world today educate the next generation in a "mass manufacturing" way, and the secret to the success of basic education in Finland is to provide "special" and fair education for every student. The mainstream "special needs education" not only has sound laws and regulations, but also has a perfect system in the joint training of teachers and teacher training. In the basic education of our country, the attention to the individuation and special needs of the students is still relatively lacking. We must gradually relax the academic competition and pay more attention to the fairness of education from the aspects of the perfection of the laws and regulations, the setting of the curriculum and the provision of the teachers at the grass-roots level, etc. Finally, a high-quality and balanced education new ecology is formed.
