成都市社區(qū)教育教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)在構(gòu)建終身教育體系和建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)的進(jìn)程中,社區(qū)教育作為終身教育的重要組成部分,正發(fā)揮著愈來(lái)愈重要的作用。社區(qū)教師的存在,是社區(qū)教育發(fā)展的主體和必要條件。社區(qū)教育的發(fā)展離不開(kāi)高素質(zhì)、專(zhuān)業(yè)化的社區(qū)教育教師隊(duì)伍。因此,對(duì)社區(qū)教育教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的研究具有十分重要的意義。目前,學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)社區(qū)教育教師群體的研究還比較薄弱,且區(qū)域性明顯,主要集中在東部發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū),而對(duì)于西部城市的研究還十分缺乏。近來(lái)年,成都市的社區(qū)教育雖有了一定的發(fā)展,但由于歷史的一些原因,其社區(qū)教育教師隊(duì)伍的發(fā)展仍存在不少問(wèn)題。本文以“成都市社區(qū)教育教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)”為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)分析成都市社區(qū)教育教師隊(duì)伍發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出推進(jìn)社區(qū)教育教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的有效措施。這在一定程度上豐富了社區(qū)教育的理論,同時(shí)也給社區(qū)教育教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)實(shí)踐提供了相關(guān)指導(dǎo)。本文采用文獻(xiàn)法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法及訪談法等研究方法對(duì)成都市社區(qū)教育教師隊(duì)伍整體發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。在對(duì)成都市社區(qū)教育教師隊(duì)伍現(xiàn)狀多維度分析的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)出了教師隊(duì)伍存在的總量不足、性別比例失調(diào)、流動(dòng)性大、學(xué)歷層次偏低,教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)素質(zhì)不高、福利待遇低、考評(píng)制度不完善、培訓(xùn)體制不健全等問(wèn)題。在綜合運(yùn)用教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展理論和成人教育理論的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)上述問(wèn)題的原因進(jìn)行了疏理。并從出臺(tái)社區(qū)教育教師相關(guān)法律、提高教師社會(huì)認(rèn)同感、培養(yǎng)社區(qū)教育專(zhuān)業(yè)化人才、提高社區(qū)教育教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)素養(yǎng)、改善社區(qū)教育教師經(jīng)濟(jì)待遇、完善社區(qū)教育教師管理制度、豐富社區(qū)教育教師評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)社區(qū)教育教師培訓(xùn)力度等方面提出了針對(duì)社區(qū)教育教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的有效舉措。
[Abstract]:Community education, as an important part of lifelong education, is playing a more and more important role in the process of constructing life-long education system and building a learning-oriented society. The existence of community teachers is the main and necessary condition for the development of community education. The development of community education can not be separated from high-quality, professional community education teachers. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the construction of community education teachers. At present, the academic research on community education teachers group is still relatively weak, and the region is obvious, mainly concentrated in the eastern developed areas, but the study of western cities is still very scarce. In recent years, although community education in Chengdu has developed to a certain extent, there are still many problems in the development of community education teachers in Chengdu due to some historical reasons. This article takes "Chengdu community education teacher troop construction" as the research object, through the analysis Chengdu community education teacher troop development present situation, proposed the effective measure to promote the community education teacher troop construction. To some extent, it enriches the theory of community education and provides relevant guidance for the construction of community education teachers. This paper analyzes the present situation of community education teachers in Chengdu by the methods of literature, questionnaire and interview. On the basis of the multi-dimensional analysis of the present situation of teachers in community education in Chengdu, it is concluded that the total amount of teachers is insufficient, the sex ratio is out of balance, the mobility is large, the level of academic qualifications is low, the professional quality of teachers is not high, and the welfare treatment is low. The appraisal system is not perfect, the training system is not perfect and so on. On the basis of comprehensive application of teachers' professional development theory and adult education theory, the causes of these problems are dealt with. And from the introduction of community education teachers related laws, improve teachers' social identity, train community education professionals, improve the professional literacy of community education teachers, improve the economic treatment of community education teachers, improve the management system of community education teachers. To enrich the evaluation mechanism of community education teachers and to strengthen the strength of community education teachers' training, this paper puts forward some effective measures for the construction of community education teachers.
