【摘要】：素質(zhì)教育和終身教育已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代教育的發(fā)展方向,而教師發(fā)展,不僅是專業(yè)知識和技能等教師作為客體的發(fā)展,更是其作為人的一種道德修養(yǎng)、價值觀等的主體性的發(fā)展過程。當(dāng)前教師的主體性發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為教育領(lǐng)域研究的重要課題。與傳統(tǒng)學(xué)校教育的教師不同,成人教育教師具有一定的特殊性,因此其主體性構(gòu)建的策略也應(yīng)具有一定的針對性。
[Abstract]:Quality education and lifelong education have become the development direction of modern education. The development of teachers is not only the development of teachers' professional knowledge and skills as the object, but also their moral accomplishment as human beings. The development process of the subjectivity of values etc. At present, the development of teachers' subjectivity has become an important subject in the field of education. Different from the teachers in traditional school education, adult education teachers have certain particularity, so the strategy of constructing their subjectivity should also have some pertinence.
