【摘要】：目的了解我國北京、上海、廣州等三大城市中學(xué)生家長飲酒相關(guān)知識、態(tài)度及教育行為,為控制青少年飲酒提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用多階段分層隨機整群抽樣方法,在北京、上海和廣州各隨機抽取4個城區(qū)。按照每個城區(qū)在冊學(xué)生總數(shù)和調(diào)查比例,并結(jié)合學(xué)校規(guī)模,在抽中的每個城區(qū)中隨機抽取2~12所初中和3~10所高中學(xué)校(包括普通高中和職業(yè)學(xué)校)。共抽取135所學(xué)校的13 787名中學(xué)生家長進行調(diào)查。結(jié)果家長對于飲酒基本知識知曉率均在80%以上,但對于"長期大量飲酒可導(dǎo)致哪些疾病",北京、上海、廣州家長回答完全正確的分別僅占14.4%,11.6%,13.0%;24.9%~33.0%的家長不反對子女飲酒;34.0%的家長未給孩子講過飲酒危害知識。母親在知識、態(tài)度及行為方面的表現(xiàn)均好于父親及其他監(jiān)護人。結(jié)論應(yīng)提高家長對未成年人飲酒危害的認識,引導(dǎo)其對青少年飲酒持正確態(tài)度,特別是要加強針對父親及其他監(jiān)護人的宣教,使家長重視對子女飲酒危害的相關(guān)教育。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge, attitude and educational behavior of middle school students in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, so as to provide scientific basis for the control of adolescent alcohol consumption.Methods Multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 4 urban areas in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.According to the total number of registered students and the proportion of students enrolled in each district, and combined with the size of the school, a random selection of 12 junior middle schools and 10 high schools (including general high schools and vocational schools) was carried out in each district.A total of 13 787 parents from 135 schools were investigated.Results the awareness rate of parents about basic knowledge of drinking was over 80%, but for "what diseases can be caused by long-term heavy drinking", Beijing, Shanghai,The correct answer of parents in Guangzhou was only 14.4% 11.6% 13.0% and 33.0% of the parents did not object to their children drinking 34.0% of the parents did not tell their children about the harmful knowledge of drinking.Mothers perform better in knowledge, attitude and behavior than fathers and other guardians.Conclusion it is necessary to improve parents' understanding of the harm of alcohol consumption to minors and guide them to hold a correct attitude towards adolescent drinking, especially to strengthen the propaganda and education for fathers and other guardians so as to make parents attach importance to the relevant education on the harm of drinking to their children.
