【摘要】：農(nóng)民是我國人口的主體。在"大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新"的大潮中,農(nóng)民不能缺席。創(chuàng)業(yè)和創(chuàng)新是中國適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)的新任務(wù),這個新任務(wù)對農(nóng)民提出一系列新要求,比如,農(nóng)民要不斷強化自己的創(chuàng)業(yè)能力和創(chuàng)新意識,要不斷提升自己的市場意識,同時還要不斷提高自己使用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等新技術(shù)的能力。面對新任務(wù),農(nóng)民和農(nóng)村的現(xiàn)狀不容樂觀。目前在農(nóng)村,農(nóng)民的創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新基礎(chǔ)相對較差,創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新的社會環(huán)境相對較差,同時,農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)和創(chuàng)新的體制機制相對不健全。未來中國農(nóng)村的遠程教育,要突出農(nóng)村遠程教育的新重點,要明確遠程教育的新對象,要嘗試遠程教育的新方式,以確實有效地提高農(nóng)民的創(chuàng)業(yè)能力和創(chuàng)新意識。
[Abstract]:Farmers are the main body of our population.In the tide of mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation, farmers cannot be absent.Entrepreneurship and innovation is a new task for China to adapt to the new normal of the economy. This new task puts forward a series of new requirements for farmers. For example, farmers should constantly strengthen their entrepreneurial ability and innovative consciousness, and constantly enhance their own market awareness.At the same time, they have to constantly improve their ability to use new technologies such as the Internet.In the face of new tasks, the current situation of farmers and rural areas is not optimistic.At present, in rural areas, the foundation of farmers' entrepreneurial innovation is relatively poor, the social environment of entrepreneurial innovation is relatively poor, at the same time, the institutional mechanism of farmers' entrepreneurship and innovation is relatively imperfect.In the future, the distance education in the countryside of China should emphasize the new emphasis of the distance education in rural areas, clarify the new object of the distance education, and try the new way of the distance education, so as to improve the farmers' ability of starting a business and the consciousness of innovation.
