【摘要】：在中國(guó)工業(yè)化、信息化、城鎮(zhèn)化穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)過程中，，現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的速度相對(duì)滯后，這嚴(yán)重制約中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展進(jìn)程，致使十八大提出了中國(guó)特色的“四化同步”目標(biāo)難以實(shí)現(xiàn)，因此，改造傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)，實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化迫在眉睫。 實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化不僅要依靠現(xiàn)代的工業(yè)裝備及先進(jìn)的科學(xué)技術(shù)，而且還要依靠先進(jìn)的管理手段在農(nóng)業(yè)上的應(yīng)用。而這些必須有高素質(zhì)的農(nóng)民這一主體來推進(jìn)，沒有農(nóng)民自身素質(zhì)的現(xiàn)代化，要實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)的現(xiàn)代化是不可能的，農(nóng)民教育是培養(yǎng)新型農(nóng)民的根本手段，也是實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的基礎(chǔ)。 本文詳細(xì)地分析阻礙我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的因素，通過系統(tǒng)地研究農(nóng)民教育對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)要素的作用，并從勞動(dòng)要素、資本要素、技術(shù)要素三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述，最后對(duì)農(nóng)民教育提出一系列建議，即農(nóng)民教育應(yīng)以實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展為根本方向；農(nóng)民教育應(yīng)注重提高農(nóng)民的觀念和意識(shí)；農(nóng)民教育應(yīng)是適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代市場(chǎng)需求以及完善政府對(duì)農(nóng)民教育的投入。 總之，在農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)過程中，先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)工具靠人去創(chuàng)造，先進(jìn)的科學(xué)技術(shù)靠人去摸索，先進(jìn)的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)靠人去總結(jié)，先進(jìn)的經(jīng)營(yíng)體制和運(yùn)行機(jī)制靠人去應(yīng)用。從這個(gè)意義上說，我們要實(shí)現(xiàn)的農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化，是以農(nóng)民為本的現(xiàn)代化，是實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)民思想意識(shí)的現(xiàn)代化。
[Abstract]:In the process of China's industrialization, informatization and urbanization, the speed of the development of modern agriculture is relatively lagging behind, which seriously restricts the development of China's agricultural modernization.Therefore, it is urgent to reform traditional agriculture and realize agricultural modernization.The realization of agricultural modernization depends not only on modern industrial equipment and advanced science and technology, but also on the application of advanced management means in agriculture.But these must have the high quality farmer this one main body to push forward, does not have the farmer own quality modernization, must realize the agriculture modernization is impossible, the farmer education is the basic method which trains the new-type farmer,It is also the foundation of agricultural modernization.This paper analyzes in detail the factors hindering the development of agricultural modernization in China, and through a systematic study of the role of peasant education on agricultural production factors, and from the labor factor, capital factor, technical factor three aspects to elaborate.Finally, a series of suggestions are put forward, that is, the basic direction of peasant education should be to realize the sustainable development of agriculture, and the farmer education should pay attention to raising the farmers' concept and consciousness.Peasant education should be adapted to the needs of the modern market and improve the government's investment in farmers' education.In short, in the course of agricultural production and operation, advanced production tools depend on people to create, advanced science and technology depend on people to grope, advanced management experience depends on people to sum up, and advanced management system and operation mechanism depend on people to apply.In this sense, the agricultural modernization that we want to realize is the modernization based on the peasants and the modernization of the peasants' ideology.
