【摘要】：在學習型組織視野下,企業(yè)員工進行體驗式培訓(xùn)有利于促進企業(yè)創(chuàng)新型發(fā)展,增強企業(yè)競爭力;有利于加強員工之間的溝通與交流,培養(yǎng)其團隊合作能力;有利于開發(fā)員工的潛力,提高其終身學習能力;有利于豐富企業(yè)的管理模式,深化其最終培訓(xùn)效果。那么,在體驗式培訓(xùn)的實施過程中,應(yīng)該充分發(fā)揮學習型組織的作用,秉承合作共贏的思想,加強員工之間的溝通與交流,注重培訓(xùn)后的評價與反饋,鞏固體驗式培訓(xùn)的效果。
[Abstract]:In the view of learning organization, the experiential training of enterprise staff is beneficial to promote the innovation development of enterprises, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, strengthen the communication and exchange among employees, and cultivate their team cooperation ability.It is beneficial to develop the potential of employees, improve their lifelong learning ability, enrich the management mode of enterprises, and deepen their final training effect.Therefore, in the process of implementing experiential training, we should give full play to the role of learning organization, uphold the idea of win-win cooperation, strengthen the communication and communication between employees, pay attention to the evaluation and feedback after training, and consolidate the effect of experiential training.
