成都市特殊學(xué)校體育師資隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:特殊教育作為我國(guó)教育事業(yè)的重要內(nèi)容組成,相比于普通基礎(chǔ)教育而言具備一定的復(fù)雜性和多變性。對(duì)于從事特教事業(yè)的體育教師而言,自身不僅要具備一定的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和相關(guān)的技能,而且在思想意識(shí)層面上更要牢固樹(shù)立愛(ài)崗敬業(yè)的獻(xiàn)身精神。毋庸置疑,良好的特教體育師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),對(duì)于幫助特教兒童展開(kāi)康復(fù)訓(xùn)練、行為訓(xùn)練,以及更好地適應(yīng)和融入未來(lái)社會(huì),均有著不可忽視的重要促進(jìn)作用。結(jié)合實(shí)踐來(lái)看,成都市特殊教育體育事業(yè)由于起步較晚的原因,尤其在教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)上,其體育師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)是否合理,將直接關(guān)系著成都市特教事業(yè)的體育教育教學(xué)水平和教學(xué)質(zhì)量,以及該地區(qū)未來(lái)特教事業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。因此,展開(kāi)相關(guān)調(diào)查研究具備積極的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。鑒于此,本文通過(guò)問(wèn)卷、訪談等方法就成都市特殊教育學(xué)校體育教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀展開(kāi)調(diào)查研究,以成都市目前開(kāi)展體育教育教學(xué)的6所特殊教育學(xué)校體育教師為調(diào)查研究對(duì)象,調(diào)研特教學(xué)校的體育教師隊(duì)伍的基本情況,而且還就其體育教師的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)和職后培訓(xùn)情況進(jìn)行調(diào)研,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步分析了影響特殊體育教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的相關(guān)因素;最后部分為結(jié)論和建議。通過(guò)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)分析,結(jié)果結(jié)果表明:(1)特殊體育教師數(shù)量不足,體育教師學(xué)歷大多數(shù)為非特殊教育專業(yè),專業(yè)化程度低,但也存在積極的一面,體育教師學(xué)歷以本科為主。(2)國(guó)家相關(guān)法律法規(guī)不健全(3)繼續(xù)教育有待加強(qiáng),體育教師隊(duì)伍存在不穩(wěn)定因素(4)體育專業(yè)化程度不足、體育教師對(duì)職業(yè)認(rèn)識(shí)存在一定偏差等。為此本文進(jìn)一步提出了相關(guān)的建議:(1)立足當(dāng)前特教事業(yè)發(fā)展實(shí)際,加快建立健全和完善相關(guān)的法律法規(guī);(2)充分發(fā)揮現(xiàn)代傳媒技術(shù)的宣傳推廣作用,進(jìn)一步吸引全社會(huì)加入到關(guān)注特教體育教育的行列(3)關(guān)注高等教育,加大對(duì)特教體育教育專業(yè)的建設(shè)支持力度(4)加強(qiáng)特教體育教師的繼續(xù)教育和培訓(xùn),努力提升其專業(yè)水平和技能。本課題研究旨在為成都市特殊學(xué)校體育師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:Special education, as an important part of education in our country, has some complexity and variability compared with general basic education. We should not only have certain professional basic knowledge and relevant skills, but also firmly establish the devotion to work hard at the ideological level. There is no doubt that a good team of special education PE teachers should be built. It plays an important role in helping special education children to carry out rehabilitation training, behavioral training and better adaptation and integration into the future society. Due to the late start of special education in Chengdu, especially in the construction of teachers, whether the construction of sports teachers is reasonable or not will directly affect the level of physical education and teaching quality of special education in Chengdu. And the sustainable development of the future special education in this area. Therefore, it is of positive practical significance to carry out the relevant investigation and research. In view of this, this paper adopts the questionnaire, The present situation of physical education teachers' construction in special education schools in Chengdu was investigated by means of interview, and the physical education teachers of 6 special education schools in Chengdu were taken as the objects of investigation. The basic situation of PE teachers in special education schools is investigated, and the professional accomplishment and post-service training of PE teachers are also investigated. On this basis, the related factors affecting the construction of special PE teachers are further analyzed. The last part is the conclusion and suggestion. Through the analysis of the data, the result shows that the number of special PE teachers is not enough, the majority of PE teachers are non-special education majors, the degree of specialization is low, but there is also a positive side. 3) continuing education needs to be strengthened, and there are unstable factors in PE teachers. 4) the degree of physical education specialization is insufficient. Physical education teachers have some deviations about their professional knowledge. Therefore, this paper further puts forward some relevant suggestions: 1) based on the actual development of special education cause at present, Speed up the establishment and perfection of relevant laws and regulations 2) give full play to the role of modern media technology in publicizing and popularizing, and further attract the whole society to join the ranks of paying attention to special education and physical education) and pay attention to higher education. Strengthen the support for the construction of the special education physical education specialty 4) strengthen the continuing education and training of the special education physical education teacher, 4) strengthen the special education physical education teacher's continuing education and the training, The purpose of this study is to provide some references for the construction of PE teachers in special schools in Chengdu.
