“身體接觸類”體育游戲?qū)γ@啞青少年心理健康水平影響的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:研究目的:采用SCL-90量表對(duì)臨汾市特殊教育學(xué)校學(xué)生的心理健康狀況進(jìn)行測(cè)試,明確聾啞學(xué)生在心理健康方面有哪些問題,面對(duì)特殊的教育對(duì)象,將“身體接觸類”體育游戲運(yùn)用到體育實(shí)踐教學(xué)中,觀察“身體接觸類”體育游戲運(yùn)用到體育教學(xué)中對(duì)聾啞學(xué)生心理健康水平的影響。明確其干預(yù)效果,分析其干預(yù)機(jī)制,旨在為聾啞學(xué)校學(xué)生體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容的選擇提供參考依據(jù)。研究方法:1.查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),了解聾啞學(xué)生心理健康的影響因素。2.通過問卷調(diào)查學(xué)生和訪談學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)、學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo),了解臨汾市特殊教育學(xué)校學(xué)生的心理健康水平。3.采用SCL-90量表測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象干預(yù)前后的得分情況,將所得數(shù)據(jù)輸入計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行處理,并進(jìn)行獨(dú)立樣本T檢驗(yàn),分析身體接觸類體育游戲與心理健康水平之間的相關(guān)性。研究結(jié)果:1.臨汾市特殊教育學(xué)校學(xué)生的心理健康水平明顯低于全國(guó)常模水平,心理健康狀況令人憂心。2.通過身體接觸類體育游戲干預(yù)后,對(duì)照組與實(shí)驗(yàn)組相比,實(shí)驗(yàn)組受試對(duì)象心理健康水平在軀體化、強(qiáng)迫癥狀、敵對(duì)性、恐怖因子四個(gè)維度上得到了明顯的提升(P0.05),在人際關(guān)系、焦慮、偏執(zhí)、精神病性以及其它因子五個(gè)維度上效果更加顯著(P0.01),但對(duì)抑郁因子影響不大(P0.05)。3.對(duì)照組受試對(duì)象心理健康水平在干預(yù)前后沒有明顯變化(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1.“身體接觸類”體育游戲在改善聾啞青少年的心理健康水平方面具有明顯的促進(jìn)作用。2.與全國(guó)常模相比受試對(duì)象的心理健康水平仍有一定的差距,可能與對(duì)受試對(duì)象的干預(yù)時(shí)間較短有一定的關(guān)系,干預(yù)過程中一些不可控因素也有可能導(dǎo)致實(shí)驗(yàn)產(chǎn)生偏差。建議:1.“身體接觸類”體育游戲干預(yù)雖然對(duì)促進(jìn)聾啞青少年心理健康水平具有積極的作用,但干預(yù)后結(jié)果依然低于全國(guó)常模。因此還需要開發(fā)與利用與體育手段相對(duì)應(yīng)的其他手段,才能取得更好的效果。2.在今后的體育教學(xué)中,注重體育游戲與心理健康的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,明確其內(nèi)在的原理。3.深化新課程改革理論,根據(jù)教學(xué)對(duì)象的不同創(chuàng)新“身體接觸類”體育游戲,選擇適合的教學(xué)內(nèi)容與方法。4.在以后的研究中,還應(yīng)擴(kuò)大實(shí)驗(yàn)的樣本量,并選擇一些具體的個(gè)案進(jìn)行研究,使研究成果更具有說服力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to test the mental health status of students in Linfen special education school by using SCL-90 scale, to find out what problems the deaf and mute students have in mental health, and to face the special educational objects. The physical contact sports games were applied to the physical education practice teaching, and the effects of the physical contact sports games on the mental health level of the deaf and dumb students were observed, and the intervention effect was clarified, and the intervention mechanism was analyzed. The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for the selection of physical education contents of deaf and mute school students. Research method: 1. Consult relevant literature to understand the influencing factors of deaf and mute students' mental health. 2. Through questionnaires and interviews with students' parents and school leaders, To understand the mental health level of Linfen special education school students. The scores of the subjects before and after intervention were measured by SCL-90 scale, and the data were input into the computer for processing, and the independent sample T test was carried out. The correlation between physical contact sports games and mental health level was analyzed. The results showed that the mental health level of students in Linfen Special Education School was significantly lower than that of the national norm. After physical contact sports games intervention, compared with the experimental group, the mental health level of the subjects in the experimental group was somatization, compulsive symptoms, hostility. The four dimensions of phobic factors have been significantly improved P0.05in interpersonal relationships, anxiety, paranoia, The effect of psychosis and other factors was more significant in five dimensions, but had little effect on depression factor. The mental health level of subjects in the control group did not change significantly before and after intervention. Conclusion: 1. "physical contact" sports tour. The play has obvious promoting effect in improving the mental health level of deaf and mute teenagers. Compared with the national norm, there is still a certain gap between the subjects' mental health level and the national norm. It may be related to the short time of intervention to the subjects, Some uncontrollable factors in the process of intervention may also lead to deviations in the experiment. It is suggested that the "physical contact" sports game intervention may play a positive role in promoting the mental health of deaf and mute adolescents. However, the results after intervention are still lower than the national norm. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and utilize other means corresponding to sports means in order to achieve better results. 2. In the future physical education, pay attention to the internal relationship between sports games and mental health. 3. Deepen the theory of the new curriculum reform, choose the appropriate teaching contents and methods according to the different teaching object's innovation "physical contact" sports game. In the later research, we should also expand the sample size of the experiment. And selected some specific cases to study, so that the research results more persuasive.
