【摘要】：農(nóng)民是農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟的主體,農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的核心是農(nóng)民的現(xiàn)代化,因此,培育新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民是我國發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的客觀要求。在市場經(jīng)濟條件下,科技需求是新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民追求利潤最大化以及實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必然反映。新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民的科技需求是我國農(nóng)業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新與轉(zhuǎn)化的依據(jù),加之在當今社會農(nóng)業(yè)科技的生產(chǎn)力功能愈加明顯,已經(jīng)成為加速現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的根本動力,重視新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民的科技需求是提升農(nóng)業(yè)科技水平、轉(zhuǎn)變農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)方式的必然要求。因此,對新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民科技需求進入深入分析并完善新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民培育的科技政策機制,對新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民培育和推進農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化進程具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。論文在研究中采用了文獻研究法和跨學科研究法等研究方法,在對研究背景和意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀闡述的基礎(chǔ)上,從四個方面進行了論述。一是新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民相關(guān)概念解析,包括新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民概念的提出及其內(nèi)涵、特征和主要類型,同時對培育新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民在農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)中的必要性進行了闡述。二是在對科技需求、農(nóng)民科技需求等概念闡述的基礎(chǔ)上,論述了傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)民向新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民轉(zhuǎn)變的科技需求變化趨勢及新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民科技需求的影響因素。三是分析了新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民的科技需求,從農(nóng)民科技素養(yǎng)、農(nóng)民農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)以及農(nóng)民運營農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟組織三個方面進行了分析。四是提出了完善新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民培育的科技政策機制的建議,從農(nóng)業(yè)科技供給、農(nóng)民科技培訓、農(nóng)業(yè)科技推廣與傳播三個層面進行了論述。最后對全文進行了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Farmers are the main body of agricultural economy, and the core of agricultural modernization is the modernization of farmers. Therefore, cultivating new professional farmers is the objective requirement of the development of modern agriculture in China. The demand for science and technology is the inevitable reflection of the new type of professional farmers to pursue the maximization of profits and the realization of sustainable development, and the scientific and technological demand of the new type of professional peasants is the basis for the innovation and transformation of agricultural science and technology in China. In addition, the productivity function of agricultural science and technology is becoming more and more obvious in today's society, which has become the fundamental motive force to accelerate the development of modern agriculture. Paying attention to the scientific and technological needs of new type of professional farmers is to improve the level of agricultural science and technology. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and perfect the scientific and technological policy mechanism for the cultivation of the new type of professional farmers by analyzing and perfecting the scientific and technological demand of the new type of professional peasants. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to cultivate and promote the process of agricultural modernization for the new type of professional farmers. This paper adopts the methods of literature research and interdisciplinary research, which is of great significance to the background and significance of the research. Based on the exposition of the present research situation at home and abroad, this paper discusses the related concepts of the new type of professional farmers from four aspects: first, the analysis of the related concepts of the new type of professional peasants, including the concept of the new type of professional farmers and its connotation, characteristics and main types, At the same time, the necessity of cultivating new professional farmers in the construction of agricultural modernization is expounded. Second, on the basis of the elaboration of the concepts of science and technology demand and farmers' scientific and technological demand, This paper discusses the changing trend of the scientific and technological demand of the traditional peasants to the new type of professional peasants and the influencing factors of the new type of professional peasants' scientific and technological demands. The agricultural production of farmers and the operation of agricultural economic organizations by farmers are analyzed in three aspects. Fourth, suggestions are put forward to improve the scientific and technological policy mechanism for the cultivation of new professional farmers, from the supply of agricultural science and technology and the training of farmers' science and technology. Three levels of agricultural science and technology extension and dissemination were discussed. Finally, the full text was summarized.
